Very quiet apartment (67 m2) in the heart of the city. It can accommodate 1 to 6 people. The Saturday market is a 5-minute walk away. Monoprix 500 m away, Carrefour and Intermarché 5 min drive away. Around the apartment, 2 free parking lots to park your car safely. 30 min from Clermont-Ferrand and 30 min from Brioude by highway (exit 5 min), 30 min from Super Besse. A few steps to climb to access it. Toilet separate from the bathroom. (Parties forbidden)

Located 2 steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, cinema, swimming pool, Abbatyale,...), everything will be done on foot! Wi-Fi, bath towels and bed sheets provided (sheets not provided for the sofa bed), teas and coffees are offered...: light luggage is enough! Visiting or for a longer stop, you are welcome and I would love to host you!

Perfect as a stopover for travelers or as a love nest to visit our beautiful region.
