Ideally located, (20 minutes from Clermont, 15 minutes from Besse, 10 minutes from Saint-Nectaire), the accommodation is on a small street with very little traffic (serving 6 houses) with adjoining parking. Here is peace and space with a beautiful view over the river. The cottage is 32 m2, spread over two floors. Downstairs, the kitchen with dining area and a seating area with comfortable chairs and TV, French doors to a lovely terrace with stone BBQ. Upstairs is the bedroom and bathroom with toilet.
