Holiday rentals with lake access in İstanbul

The house met our expectations in every respect, we were very satisfied in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Communication was quick and helpful. The location was also very central, a place we can choose again. & Thank you for everything!

beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

The host was extremely friendly. We were able to reach it no matter what time it was. It was a very nice experience for us. I recommend a home where you can comfortably spend time and not be bored with close friends or family.

It was fairly simple to find with the car and instructions. It was a nice place in the coutryside 12-15 minutes drive away from the sea. The host was helpful. Only downside perhaps was that one could hear the birds from outside singing, but maybe that is what you are looking for. Also the bathroom had musty smell perhaps from the towel or pipes. But for the price very good place.

It was an amazing experience, although we were crowded, the house was large enough for all our needs. Everything was considered in the kitchen. It was a great getaway where we took advantage of all the amenities of the house. It was a good memory for us to have snow and sit by the fireplace and watch it with the crackling of wood. Mr. Caner was always responsive and met our needs. We'd love to have this experience again.

Celim, our house manager, was great. He immediately responded and followed up quickly with issues we experienced. As advertised, the view and location was great. The kitchen was adequate, but not conducive to cooking a meal. Stairway to the 4th floor apartment is 72 steps which could be a problem for some, but not us. We have been to Istanbul many times, and we would happily stay there again.

Good room for the money. Overall everything went well, except for one noisy moment with the neighbors upstairs

Had a great stay at Ilyas’s place! He was super friendly and quick to reply whenever we needed anything. Really appreciated the late check-out too. The area is awesome — lots of great cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket just around the corner. Just a heads-up: getting to the house involves quite a few steps and some ups and downs, so it can be a bit tricky if you’ve got heavy luggage or travelling with older people. But once you’re there, it’s totally worth it. Thanks again, Ilyas!

We had an amazing stay at this great apartment. Clean place, with everything you need for your stay. Location of the apartment is perfect, best neighbourhood, lots of cool places nearby. Would defeniltely come back for another long weekend!

Sinan and his father Mahmoud are very good responsive people. They helped us with early check-in since our plane arrived early in the morning. Makhmud personally met us clarified everything. The apartment is bright, clean, spacious just as in the photo even better. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail. We were very comfortable with 2 children. Mahmoud Abi quickly answered all questions. The location of the apartment is excellent close to all attractions. We had a great time. Thank you to the hosts We are very pleased .

Very special and comfortable place and a high level of cleanliness .. and Mr. Khalid is very cooperative The view is beautiful .. Next to it is the entire Tema World complex It has all the shops and a playground. In short, it was the most beautiful trip and the most beautiful Eid I spent in Istanbul
