Holiday Homes in Istria County

We had a great stay at Eti & Toni's place. They were extremely kind, welcoming and helpful, and we got many good recommendations from them to the area. The appartment was nice and clean, exactly like the photos. A great view from the spacious balcony over the pool/garden and down over the bay/sea. The pool area and garden was also very beautiful and well-kept - we enjoyed just relaxing at the pool in the shade of the parasols. The house is halfway up a pretty steep hill so we did not walk down to the town or beach. But it was easy to park down there. The area is pretty touristic, but we did find some nice restaurants, both in Rabac and in Labin (on top of the hill - definitely worth a visit). We also found some nice small bays for snorkeling - just beware of the stony beaches - water shoes are recommended! There are plenty of things to do, eg. watersports. For groceries, I recommend Labin where there are large supermarkets. I would definitely recommend staying at Eti & Toni's!

Nevenka's place is very nice if you are a big group. We were a group of 16 people and we stay there comfortably. The house is well equipped with everything you might need. It's children friendly with a big garden with a small playground. The place is 15 minutes walk from the nearby beach and shops. The beach is quite popular for families with small kids. The water is shallow and warm and there are all sorts of entertainments. Prematura and Pula are just 15 minutes away by car. I definitely recommend this place for big families and groups!

We had a really nice stay at Eti and Toni's place and were able to enjoy the time of our vacation very much. The apartment is a great size and was very clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, so you can easily cook for four people. The large fridge with freezer compartment was also very good. Our arrival/arrival was very flexible. We were personally warmly welcomed by the two of us. We were able to answer any questions you may have at any time on Eti and Toni. Both speak good English. Great and worth mentioning is also the large pool in the garden 💦 We will be happy to you☀️☀️☀️

Everyting was just perfect!

Mrs. Nevenka was simply fantastic. Kind, super-available and ready to point out the most interesting local events. The apartment is simple but clean and equipped with everything you need to spend a few days in beautiful Istria.

We had a great stay at Vivian's place! The house is quite spatious so 9 of us felt really comfortable. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a big living room. The house is positioned in the center of Roč, a small and charming village in the heart of Istria. There's a restaurant and a shop in Roč and there are appealing attractions near like Hum and Kotli. We didn't meet Vivian but the communication and check-in went smooth.

Everything was fine so far. If there was an issue, they responded quickly. I'd love to come back.

[20.6., 00:27] Elena Lauer: We stayed here for 10 days and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect, with a beautiful view of the harbor from the upper level. It’s wonderfully quiet, and if you’re just looking to relax, you can easily spend the whole day at the property enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and the pool. The accommodation is beautifully furnished and feels incredibly comfortable, truly a place to feel at home. The host is very kind and always responds quickly to any questions. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would come back here anytime and can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing hosts and a great house surrounded by nature in a very quiet location without any houses around. The house has a beautiful garden with a view of the vineyard and is also very well equipped. The location near the main highway intersection of Istrian Y is perfect if you are going on trips around Istria by car.

We had an amazing stay at Marco his house! The pool was a great way to cool down and we had great dinners on the patio. The house is very spacious and has everything you might need. Marco and his father welcomed us personally and made us feel at home. Will definitely recommend and will revisit given the chance.

This is our second time staying in Medulin and our first time staying at this property. In short, we already knew the area. But the house, location, decor….. were just great so we will go right back next year. And in addition, there was the friendly and nice nature of the landlords, just great. We are already looking forward to the next vacation in this house. Thank you again for a wonderful two weeks vacation!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We particularly enjoyed relaxing by the pool. There was ample parking space for three cars, which was very convenient. The location is great, with Rovinj just a short drive away. The host was very responsive and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic place. Nice and comfortable swimming pool, perfect shed with large table and large barbecue, and the top floor terrasse has a spectacular view over the Adriatic sea. The host is extremely friendly, punctual and easy to contact. Would recommend 100%.

A Hidden Gem! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible apartment, and I can't say enough good things about it! The location is perfect – secluded and private, yet within walking distance to the city. The nearby beaches are stunning and easily accessible. The place itself is immaculate and beautifully maintained. The bed feels like a cloud, ensuring a restful night's sleep every time. The cleanliness of the entire space is top-notch, making it feel like a true home away from home. The host is exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. His hospitality truly made the experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely keep coming back to this apartment. It's a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Highly recommend!

The choice of the location of Fažana was a winner; a central point to discover the beaches of Rovinj, Fažana and Premantura: all within 30 minutes by car and enchanting beaches, clear water and typical Croatian seabeds

This was a perfect place to stay. Ljubinka was an incredibly welcoming and helpful host. The apartment was perfect for 5 people and we loved having meals outside on the balcony overlooking the sea. It was only a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach and to a shop! We had the best time thank you!
