Cottage holiday rentals in Istria

Beautiful, very quietly located cottage. The very large property is completely fenced, which was great for our dog. It was all very clean. On request, we were even provided with three bikes. We felt very comfortable.

It was such a beautiful setting to be among the vineyards and my son loved visiting the farms birds and jumping on the trampoline. The accommodations were beautiful and the hosts were so lovely very welcoming and gave excellent recommendations about the local sites. We had their wine and their farm fresh breakfast we highly recommend it ! We had a wonderful stay and hope to visit again one day.

Everything worked out super well. Unfortunately, we only imagined the garden a little (much) bigger, or the fenced garden is actually just the house entrance, so everything is paved there. That doesn't fit so well with dog... so unfortunately not as described, but otherwise everything worked out.

Everything was beyond our expectations! The house was in perfect condition, squeaky clean, in a very peaceful neighborhood. The host was very quick in responding to all our requests and provided clear instructions and information. They even went out of their way and treated us to a lovely home made cake and bottle of wine as they knew we were celebrating our anniversary. I can confirm that all the appliances I used worked perfectly: sauna, jacuzzi, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. The patio is great for having relaxing meals. The neighborhood cats dropped by to say hello but they were very reserved and did not disturb at all. Strongly recommend, definitely worth the price. 15 mins drive away from beaches, 25 mins away from lovely fazana and pula.

The stay was very very pleasant !! The sea can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. There is a small selection between 4-6 different beaches. The city, shopping and tank options are just as far away and in the same direction. The garden and house was very nice. We enjoyed the pool very much and did his work with a cooling down. The owner lives in the house next door and is very warm and m o'clock. Two small surprises expected and gifted 2 times with tomatoes. The place is clean and you just feel at home :-) Toop!!

The cottage, very quiet location, was fantastic. Beautifully romantically furnished with a beautiful view of the lake from the bedroom. Everything we needed was present and the jacuzzi was great too 😁 We did not meet the hostess in person, but communication went very smoothly via wattsapp. If there were any problems, we could go to the super sweet neighbor Elvira. This is definitely a stay to return to.

A really cool, funky modern cottage that still is one with the environment. Lots of cool quirky touches and fun outdoor games and activities. We used the projector by the pool and the outdoor wood stove was great for cooking. An amazing place to stargaze— at night, the view of the sky in incredible. Close to motovun, but still quite private. Highly recommend!

Small house with beautiful large property with lots of olive trees that provide shade. The house has everything you need and is cool even in the hot season due to an air conditioning. We felt comfortable. Thanks to Antonio and his lovely grandparents!

What a lovely stay! Suzana and Nenad were incredibly nice and helpful. The house, the pool and everything around it was exactly as described and we enjoyed the time very much. Absolutely recommended, we will be happy to come back.

The small complex is beautiful and is managed very lovingly. You have a lot of privacy in the small cottage. If you have any questions, someone is always there. The pool is a good size and is cleaned every day. Our kids loved it. And I loved the homemade lemonade that was always served ice-cold to us at the pool. The children were always supplied with ice. Thank you very much for the warmth that was extended to us, we felt completely comfortable.

We had a wonderful, very relaxing time in Vlatka and Saša's beautiful dacha. The large garden with many places to stay, barbecue, pergola and outdoor shower is awesome! Even more beautiful than in the pictures, everything made with a lot of attention to detail. It blooms in every corner. We were on a different beach in the area every day, each one better than the last. The accommodation is also superbly located for hiking or excursions. The fact that an airplane takes off/lands 2-3 times a day did not bother us at all, it is not very loud, not at night and there is no street noise and only birdsong. And the best part: our super warm hosts. The two are really awesome! Rarely experienced such warm, welcoming hosts. They provided us with plenty of tips and attention and made sure that we felt super comfortable. Thank you, Vlatka and Saša for the great time! 🤩😊🙏🌸

We loved our stay at Sonja and Andrej's place! The house was beautiful, well-designed and spotlessly clean. We felt right at home. The outdoor area was a great bonus. Sonja and Andrej were the perfect hosts. They greeted us on arrival and showed us around, and met with us on our last evening with drinks and snacks. It was lovely to get to know them a little bit more! Thank you for the art and lovely honey too. We wish we could have stayed for longer and hope to return. Would definitely recommend to all!

Fantastic location if you want to enjoy peace and a breathtaking view! The pool and outdoor area are absolutely amazing. The house in it or the furniture has come to an end, but did not bother us since we always spent the whole day by the pool! Kitchen and bathroom are newly made and everything was clean! We felt very comfortable here and will definitely come back! Be sure to take remedies against mosquitoes and small flies, as the house is in the middle of nature, they like to come and visit a lot!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Green Cottage! Pia and her family were very nice and the house is so pretty, cozy and comfortable with a great view on the sea and Piran. 10/10 recommondation!

At first it was a bit difficult to reach Romina,then we finally found a phone number and then everything went easily and quickly with a key box. The accommodation was as described and looked like in the pictures. The accommodation was clean and you had everything you needed. Unfortunately, with the neighbors, we had the lucky one:( who unfortunately had to party until late at night every day from the afternoon, but Romina can't do anything about it. The garden and grill area were nice. If we had a problem,we got back to you in a timely manner. We were happy with the accommodation and everything else. Maybe see you soon Verena and Robert ♡

Danijela and her son are extremely kind and helpful. As I don’t have a car, they drove me on two mornings to town centre. The cottage is cosy , homely and personal with a lovely garden. I slept very well because of the fresh air and tranquility.

The Perfect getaway for a Week or More ! For us as a Young couple this House was just amazing ! You have Everything you Need. Super nice outdoor cooking Station, Fire Place. No mosquitoes inside Thanks to the Window grids. Evenings in total silent - only some frogs and nature Sounds. Within 5-8 minutes you are at one of the best bays/ Beach on the Island ! Super clean water and easy to Go in the water. Just a few boats on some days and in General also a super chilled atmosphere. We would have loved to stay some more days and would love to come back another time ! If you Like it simple and with a Lot of nature this is Perfect for you !! Thanks again

Katarina is the perfect host! She always responded very quickly and gave us a lot of very good recommendations for the region. My husband and I wanted a quiet and sunny hideaway during the grey and cold German winter and got what we were looking for: a very nice and cosy cottage with a beautiful garden with olive trees and lots of sun including beautiful sunsets in front of the cottage. There was enough firewood to warm up the cottage inside and make it even more cosy. We walked through the surrounding nature with our dog and made little day trips to the ocean and the surrounding cities. The food and wines in and around the nearby village Buje are delicious and we enjoyed a lot of good food with fresh fish and truffle. We absolutely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful time in the little cottage: enough space for everyone, and there was everything you need. The village is also very beautiful and you are in the middle of nature and have your peace. At the same time, you can easily reach all excursion destinations from there. We will be happy to come back!

The place was great. As described, everything was clean and everything worked. The outside kitchen is awesome, wood and coal was available. The house is very nice, the garden as well. Highly recommended. Small drawback: mosquitoes, the pool is very fresh and the road is not too far away and you can hear the traffic. But it's really within the scope.

Staying at Mirjana's cottage is fantastic. A private house near the coast and beautiful in the greenery. You can enjoy barbecue and eat outside. The garden, the cottage and the decor make you feel like you are at home, but in Croatia. Couldn't get any better! Communication with Mirjana is smooth and pleasant and we have experienced it as very well in its entirety. We will definitely come back!

Gordana and Mickey are such warm and kind hosts who made us feel welcome from the start. The house is located in between the olive gardens and it is so peaceful and quiet. Gordana decorated the house with a lot of love. The place is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. I would definitely love to come back!

We leave very satisfied! The house is amazing, renovated and clean for the whole family! A large terrace with a beautiful view , a tranquil environment in the last house in the village… there is a pub close to where you can have coffee , walk big and the local people are also helpful. Marko was very welcoming , gave us the terrace sooner for us and provided us with nasi :) Perfect choice !
