This is a story from a few years ago. I rented a vacation home with four families of friends in Kailua, Hawaii. I wondered if I could recreate the most enjoyable vacation rental near Tokyo?! And so, after searching the land along the coast of Chiba, we finally arrived here, in Hinata, Isumi City. We created "Hiali Plus" with a focus on a comfortable space and a pleasant environment for group stays. The Hiiro Coast, a 5-minute walk away, is a pristine beach in Minamiboso Quasi-National Park. There are few people whenever you go, and it is just like a hideaway. The water temperature is high until around October, so you can enjoy playing in the sea. Hello everyone. I am Yutaka & Lino, and I live with my family of three in Tokyo. This villa in Chiba Prefecture is surrounded by beautiful scenery and is a very relaxing home. Our villa is inconvenient to access by train, so I recommend coming by car. Passing through a narrow rice field road, there is a three-story house with a garden. There is Wi-Fi and a workspace on the 1st and 2nd floors, making it comfortable for long workations. The ■first floor is a kitchen & living room adjacent to the garden 　Feel free to use the wine cellar and hot plates The ■2nd floor is a bedroom with large windows and sunlight streaming in 　Relax by the fireplace 　You can watch your favorite videos on the projector The rooftop terrace on the■ 3rd floor has a beach bed, folding pool, and hot water shower ■The large yard has a pond and you can dine on a wooden deck surrounded by nature At night, you can enjoy a bonfire and glamping while watching the starry sky You can also enjoy BBQ in the garden if you bring a BBQ set (* We do not sell charcoal, etc. Thank you for your understanding) 10 minutes by car to the sea.
