House holiday rentals in Itabashi

We loved the stay at Masato and Kaori's house. We went for a couple of days and the experience was very Japanese. The family that runs the guest house let us know about Japanese culture and their food. The barbecue was very complete and delicious and they are great chefs. Amazing and very, highly recommended

I had a very good stay, enjoying various sports in the large artificial lawn garden.

The pool, BBQ and sauna were super comfortable, and I was happy to have a bicycle.

I used it at a sports tournament.Unfortunately, it was rainy, but I enjoyed the humorous illustrations and rested slowly.The surroundings are surrounded by nature, and I would like to stay again on a sunny day.

This place was incredible. Having a FamilyMart 50m away from the house was so fun. Also the area is very walkable.

Great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the dryer and the wifi and they were very responsive to help us resolve the issues. Train station was about a 5-7 minute walk from the listing so that was very convenient. Overall, great stay. Would recommend for a group of 6 or less, especially if there are couples to share beds.

The greatest thing about this Airbnb is undoubtedly the hosts! They were so incredibly warm, generous, and hospitable. In a city as vast and bustling as Tokyo, their kindness made me feel genuinely cared for on a personal level – a truly special experience. They went to lengths no other Airbnb host has ever done for me. It was such great value too! Beyond the amazing hosts, the neighborhood itself was wonderfully quiet, offering a peaceful retreat from the city buzz. A real highlight of the accommodation was the fantastic bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak, and the modern Japanese toilet. I also loved that there were rivers nearby, which were great for my afternoon jogs. Being close to Ikebukuro was a huge bonus! It was so easy for me to pop over for great coffee and a good selection of vegetarian food. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable, welcoming, and genuinely heartwarming stay in Tokyo!

Great space, good location - near subway station, close to convenience stores. Ryuji-san was very responsive and helpful…even leaving the light on for us as we got in late. Thanks for the local recommendations. We tried the sushi bar and loved the food! It is clear that a lot of thought has been put into the space. Appreciate the welcome basket and full amenities. Will definitely recommend it!

The place is located at a walkable distance from the train station. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby too. The host has been very kind, proactive and responsive in assuring a comfortable stay for us. Thank you!

The host is Chinese and very welcoming, we arrived at 10 pm to pick us up, and the room facilities were well equipped.

Kou and the hosting team are all very friendly and responsive! The house is well-equipped for a comfortable stay and is located in a residential area, but not too far from Ikebukuro station (8-10 mins by foot). Overall, I enjoyed my stay here!

You will be staying in a somewhat busy area, so you should have accurate expectations (people going out on the weekend, some truck traffic). Nothing too egregious, but if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. Yoko, the host, is wonderful and welcoming. She gave us fresh strawberries when we arrived. The downstairs is a small private bar where she will host friends for karaoke but never too late. She gave us beer and watermelon as well which was nice. Overall a very convenient, clean, and pleasant stay. Good access to the Itabashi station, and yummy food nearby if you don't want to ride the train. Highly recommended!

It was a really convenient spot. It really helped getting around to all the places you would want to visit. Ending your night here and starting your day was really comforting. I would highly recommend this spot.

15 minutes from Ikebukuro Station, 5 minutes from convenience stores and supermarkets, Ikebukuro Station has many food shops, 2nd floor lobby has plenty of living space, perfect for 4-6 people. Only cooking utensils are slightly lacking

Masaki goes above and beyond making sure you have a great stay. The house is super clean, comfortable, has everything you need and a little extra. She is in constant communication providing local events and things to do that will add value to your trip. Beds are very cozy. We enjoyed our walk from the house to the train station, and from there its easy to get anywhere. Daiso and a supermarket it's just 5 minutes away from the house, a bakery vending machine just 4 minutes away, or you can shop along the way walking from the station. Highly recommended. Thank you Masaki for taking such good care of us! :)

The host is always very responsive and helpful. The Airbnb is very cosy, pleasant and very clean. Easy walking distance to Otsuka station and lots of Izayaki, restaurants, Donki and convenience stores nearby. A wonderful experience for my family of four. Highly recommended.

Nice place in a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and shops. House was clean and had everything we needed!

Good and spacious home. 2-1 shower and dryer. Two beds and a ladder leading to a futon above. Nice shower and dining area. Would definitely book again. :)
