Beachfront holiday rental in Itaguaí

I want to leave here my happiness in having stayed three beautiful days at Arthur's Aconchego (home of Priscila), and to say that it was difficult to leave, Jaguanum is simply wonderful and Priscilla's house is very well located, it has everything we need and most importantly, there is the Bar da Dona Conceição where I advise to eat the shrimp pastel. About Priscila, what I have to say is that you always answered promptly, being for tips or answering some questions. Over the house, it is foot in the sand, that is, you open the door and you are on the beach, we sleep with the noise of the sea. The house has everything we need.... Beautiful place, extremely clean and comfortable house, with all the utensils. Very close (steps away) to a clear and quiet water beach, great for children. The hostess answered all questions quickly and kindly. I felt very good in the house, recommend and intend to go back. I also thank Leonardo, who made our transportation (at the host's indication) safely and at the agreed times, in addition to giving several tour tips.

The house is practically a foot in the sand, 1 minute, 15 steps from the beach. Everything is extremely clean and pleasant. The kitchen is complete, in madmen, utensils and pans, whether to make food for a couple or for a larger group of people. We visited the other beaches, but arguably the Estopa beach where the house is located and the most beautiful and native. We take food to cook, but if you prefer you can go to the other beaches there are more options, we were well served with what is in the Estopa, because 20 meters from the house there is a spot with snacks, ice cream, drinks and assaí. All wonderful, let's go back

The stay was recommended by a friend who was staying at the house and loved. I loved it too! The whole process was very enlightening and the host was super solicitous from the beginning, always at your disposal. The house is beautiful, modern and cozy, as well as being very equipped because it is not possible to shop in the surroundings. The view is incredible and unforgettable. I hope I can come back more often!

The stay with my family of three was great. We felt at home. The kitchen is very well-equipped, it has everything you might need. The bathroom is super clean and the service area gives an extra amenity for those who will spend more than a weekend. The room integrated into the bedroom is great for relaxing after a beach day. The yard for which it has a child is excellent, my daughter spent a long time playing and relaxing in the shower. I'm sure I'll be back soon.

My stay was sensational! The property is very well maintained, comfortable and in a great location. Everything is very organized and thought out to offer a pleasant experience. Priscila was an excellent host, always attentive and helpful, making sure everything was in order. I recommend it and, if I get the chance, I'll definitely be back!

Our stay was excellent. The apto is in a super cautious condominium. Well-equipped barbecue grill, great pool. Ana and Wagner were excellent , they gave us several tips for boating. The view from the apartment is beautiful! I highly recommend it.

Amazing Experience! Francisco's apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Extremely clean, smelling and very well organized, provides a cozy and comfortable stay. The structure of the space has equipment that makes everyday life easier, making everything even more practical. The location is excellent, very close to the beach of Itacuruçá, ideal for those who want to enjoy the sea without having to get around a lot. Also, the building has a wonderful pool, perfect for swimming lovers. Francisco was extremely attentive and was always available to answer any questions, which made the experience even more enjoyable. My stay was spectacular, and without a doubt, I intend to return!

Paulina and Carlinhos welcomed us very well. The house was clean, as well as bed linen, towels, kitchenware. Having the beach at the door of the house is very nice, a very cool experience. The Helpful Albert Host. A few things that could be improved: 1) Our lodging was at Carnival/2025 and the house Wi-Fi did not work 95% of the time. Only the signal of Vivo 4g was good, but not all the time (Tim didn't get it); 2) TV is needed mainly at night; 3) We were informed before the lodging that the kayak was drilled; 4) Arriving in the city we did not get a vacancy at the Yacht Club, we parked in the Tatu Parking, which charged R$250.00 for 4 nights; 5) We think it would be nice to have a shower to remove the salt from the body at the entrance to the house; 6) Intense traffic of boats and pedestrians at the door of the house. It's not as exclusive an environment as we thought. 7) It would be cool to have a gallon stand of 20 liters of water and to be provided at least one as it is difficult to buy on the island.

Fantastic accommodation on the best beach of the island. Me and my family had an amazing and very relaxing stay. Everything is new, clean and works well, which is rare and difficult to find in such a natural environment like Jaguanum! We would definitely stay again. Great hosts.

We received the clean house, and with a fondness....There was a happy Easter on the furniture of the room that showed attention with us, since we would spend the holiday there, the space of the house fits 10 people without crowding, cozy, we feel at home, quiet place, attentive neighbors, polite, right near the beach and trails to other beaches, we love being greeted by Renata, who always answered us and made herself available.

We host at Mr. Alexander on Jaguanum Island and we had an amazing experience. The house is spacious, airy, with a wonderful view of the sea. The location is perfect for walks, such as the island trail and the observation of turtles and porpoises. The hospitality was impeccable, with many tips and details provided by Alexandre. The Réveillon was special, with fires seen from the terrace of the house. The island is quiet and safe, ideal for families with children. I highly recommend lodging, just remember to bring sunscreen and repellent.
