Small apartment about 550 meters from the beach, with a king size bed, full bathroom and kitchen area with utensils. There are 4 small private apartments, which are on the first floor of my property with access by stairs and private entrance. I live on the ground floor, but guests will have privacy (as in a residential building) as my house is completely separate from the apartments. WE DO NOT HAVE A GARAGE (guests can park on the street in front of the property)

It's a residential building, very quiet, 450 meters from the sea. With accessibility and some reservations regarding the garage, everything is very clean and organized. The map shows the address near br, and I can't change it, but the correct address is: avenida dos estados dalmo vieira, n2850, Balneário Camboriú. It's across the street from the Santander bank downtown.
