We named it Balifornia because it was designed with Bali and California beach resorts in mind. There are no adjacent houses, so you can enjoy the outdoors with peace of mind! It is on the street, so there is some traffic during the day, but there are almost no cars at night, so it is a quiet private space. In addition to the living room, there are two twin rooms and one full room (two sofa beds). It can accommodate up to 8 guests. (One bed per person) We also refuse entry to more than 8 people. (Excluding infants, so please contact us about children!) If you break the rules, you will be asked to leave at the time of discovery and will not be refunded. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Pets are not allowed. As a general rule, we do not provide condiments for hygiene reasons, so please bring your own. If you want to have an unforgettable experience in Japan, be sure to book this accommodation! When you pass the peaceful and beautiful house (accommodation) and enter the room where the guest stays, you feel really welcome. It's because it's a really cool room with a mysterious feeling and tranquility of Japanese tradition.(The house itself is not a traditional Japanese house, but the interior of the guest room is.) If you book a hotel, you will not be able to experience this. It's where families live, but there's a guest-only sour room and toilet, so I was able to use it with peace of mind. If you pay, you will also be served a delicious Japanese meal. If you want, you can also eat foods such as bread and salad. Tokki's cooking is really delicious and neat. Personally, the fish course was really delicious. And it was interesting to try umeboshi, which I could never try in my home country. Toki also lent me a bike, so I was able to see all over the neighborhood. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful, so it was nice to just ride a bike. I went to a public library, and although I couldn't read the books because they were in Japanese, I liked the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Also, the family is really warm and nice. I especially enjoyed talking to Toki, who has a beautiful smile. I was interested in the story of Mr. Toki, who met people from many countries. Mr. Torki speaks English, so I was able to speak my poor Japanese with confidence. I'm sure it was difficult for you to listen to my poor Japanese, but I was grateful that you listened to me slowly. You can take the subway to Tokyo. It was really fun to experience the splendor of a huge city like Tokyo, but the experience of blending into the ordinary life of people with different cultures living in other countries will be truly unforgettable. I definitely want to visit again.

This was a peaceful and heartwarming stay, especially thanks to the adorable cats and dogs we could play with every day. Even though I wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t go out much, the animals made my time here really enjoyable. The house is very close to Joshi Station and gives off a calm, seaside vibe similar to Enoshima or Kamakura. You can easily get here from Narita without a car via the Narita Line. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for relaxing. If you enjoy ocean views, this is a great getaway spot from Tokyo. Our host, Yukimi-san, was kind and very helpful. Her hospitality made the stay even more pleasant. I’d love to return next time I visit Tokyo.
