I had a great home experience! The property is exactly like in the pictures, very clean and well taken care of. The location is great, to rest. The host was very attentive and quickly answered all questions. The only point of improvement would be the location of the camera inside the kitchen. It embarrassed family members because it gives access to the back door bedrooms and a social bathroom.

Waldenia and Elmi, were extremely attentive, and kind, they helped us in what was necessary, they gave us instructions on how to get to the place, how to use the items in the house such as the hydro, wi-fi, etc. The place is wonderful for those who seek a lot of greenery and peace, in addition to exuberant nature, great for resting from the daily routine, or for a celebration for two. The cottage is complete, it has all the utensils for cooking, bathing, etc. I would like to thank you both for everything, thank you for making our stay amazing.

We had an amazing experience! The space is exactly as the photos show — well-planned, organized and with a wonderful view. It has all the necessary equipment and utensils and the security of the place left us quiet throughout the stay. The host Roberta was extremely attentive and greeted us in person, presenting the venue, which made all the difference. We definitely recommend this place for those looking for rest, comfort and a connection to nature. We'll definitely be back!

Everything was perfect!

Our stay was excellent! The house is very clean, well cared for and offers a great structure for those who want to rest in comfort. The location is privileged, close to the city center, which greatly facilitates access to local commerce. The kitchen is fully equipped, ready for use. It is necessary to carry only the seasonings and ingredients, as pans and utensils are all available, in great condition. Ideal for those who like to prepare their own meals. The view is wonderful and contributes to the feeling of tranquility. The rooms are large, well ventilated and very comfortable. The bathrooms also deserve to be highlighted: modern, clean and functional. One point of attention is that the house has three flights of stairs, which may be a factor to consider for older people or people with reduced mobility. Other than that, the experience was impeccable. We recommend it for sure.

Simply perfect! The accommodation exceeded all expectations, but the highlight was the welcome from Lucas's mother — a real mother's affection! The coffee she made was amazing, and the good conversation made everything even more special. I felt at home. Surely it would always come back!

The location is the best possible, quiet, and with a wonderful waterfall in the yard, you can hear the noise from the balcony of the house. He is also communicative and helpful, he gave detailed instructions on how to get there and how to go to the waterfalls. The swimming pocinho and the cachoeirinha that are located on the property are a lot of pasta and it is a privilege to hear the noise of the water in the distance as you spend a coffee in the kitchen. We went with our dog, Pretinha, and she took TOO MUCH advantage! Think of a happy bug. Anyway, everything was great and once again I thank Juarez.

Since in the region there is no cell phone signal, I recommend in advance (at most before leaving ipoema) contact with the employee who is responsible for the check-in to arrange the withdrawal of the key. I recommend it.

The location, however, is excellent — a few meters away is a beautiful river, as well as being the starting point for some of the most charming waterfalls in the region. The land is full of fruit trees and springs, which provides a pleasant rural atmosphere. On one of the days, there was another family in the attached house, the parking lot is somewhat limited, which was not a problem for us because we were on a motorcycle, but it can be a point of attention for those who come in more than one car.
