Perfect apartment and wonderful view! We will definitely be back!

The apartment has a good location and is close to everything, we don't need a car. There is air conditioning in the rooms and the decor is cozy. The pool isn't heated, but we do enjoy it a few times. Mr. Ronaldo and Andreia were great hosts and gave us tips on good restaurants and places to visit. The biggest problem we faced was going up and down the stairs.

I loved it. The apartment is cozy, comfortable, clean, easy to use. The kitchen has everything in the kitchen, laundry room. 🧺 I washed beach clothes and towels, cleaned the apartment as if it were mine. There is air conditioning for everything, even in the kitchen and living room where you can dine or watch a good movie. The rooms are wonderful, super comfortable bed. My family loved it too. The place is near the beach, just one block away. I just have to thank you Joel for having received us, attentive, we will always return!!! The apartment is very close to the beach, on a super quiet street, the region is a delight for those looking for a quiet place to rest out of season. Super clean accommodation, decorated and with everything we needed for a stay. There are restaurants and bars nearby, with super affordable prices.

Marcelo is an excellent host, he kindly served us every time we request. The space is excellent, well ventilated and with all necessary utensils for a good stay on the beach. The only negative point was the mattress of one of the rooms that is of springs and very uncomfortable, the most we were satisfied with the whole stay.

The kitnet is very small but it has everything that it is necessary to spend a few days, kitchen utensils, refrigerator and stove.The big point is the air conditioning, it is very hot up there and it makes it much more comfortable the stay, the neighborhood is away from the center,has a market, pizzeria and pharmacy nearby, but a place for those looking for calm, there are no bars and movement at night.Silvana is very kind, gave all the tips of where to eat and where to leave, very helpful and we left chocolate with courtesy❤️ and tbm was flexible in relation to our checkin and checkout, another very useful thing is that it has a clothes of floor, which facilitates that arrival from the beach with wet clothes. The only negative point for me was the pillows that were very low and I missed a TV, because we took a not very good day to the beach and spent the day at the house. Everything was wonderful, I recommend it!!
