14 days of great tranquility and security. very cordial host and available to our needs. even offering a delicious pineapple cuca. Very well tended pool, offer of chairs and sunguard tbm to be taken to the beach. very pleasant outdoor space with option of shower, full bathroom and barbecue, stove, fridge, washing machine. in general, the spaces of the house itself provided a stay with an expected rest. we will possibly return.

Our stay was excellent. The house has great materials and objects that made it a lot easier. Our contact with Anna was excellent, clearing up doubts clearly and helping us in emergencies. We will definitely be coming back.

Firstly, I would like to thank Tarso for giving its space, a piece of paradise in Itapoá, a beautiful and cozy house, with a garden with trees, we enjoy a lot, just 40/50 steps you are on the beach. Tarso was super gentle and gave a little chic to my baby he loved, all the afternoon naps went there. I recommend and will be back as soon as possible!

All in order with the rental. The house is very comfortable, a few meters from the beach, which is a big differential, all organized. The host is very nice, quiet. The point that could be adjusted would be the check-out time, after all a check-in at 2 pm and a check-out at 9:00 am is quite complicated, however, it was reported on the listing. I believe that a check-out at 11hrs or 12 hrs would be ideal, as it would have a sufficient time for cleaning and subsequent check-in of other tenants. Anyway, taking this detail from the time the rest was very fruitful.

I loved it. The apartment is cozy, comfortable, clean, easy to use. The kitchen has everything in the kitchen, laundry room. 🧺 I washed beach clothes and towels, cleaned the apartment as if it were mine. There is air conditioning for everything, even in the kitchen and living room where you can dine or watch a good movie. The rooms are wonderful, super comfortable bed. My family loved it too. The place is near the beach, just one block away. I just have to thank you Joel for having received us, attentive, we will always return!!! quiet central place, bedding and bath linens available. Easy access. great communication with the landlord. I had no problems in the week I stayed. The beach front balcony is all good. I took 2 pets that were fine. I will definitely return.

Excellent location, close to the beach and main avenue of Guaratuba, great place for morning walks, the apartment has a sea view and a good balcony to relax, comfortable beds and air-conditioned rooms.

We stayed at the property from 06/18 to 06/22, an impeccable apartment, very well maintained, clean and organized, with all the necessary utensils for a good stay, great structure and especially the wonderful view. The owner Marcelo is super attentive and responds promptly when requested, we certainly recommend it and will be back soon....

Leandro is a great host, cordial and attentive, returns contacts quickly. The apartment is very well located, comfortable and spacious. It is also very well equipped. It is not necessary to bring anything but personal items, beach towels, food and drinks (the apartment already has a water cooler filter, which helps a lot and surprised us, as it was not in the description). The configuration of the rooms comfortably accommodates 8 people (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds). Anyway, it was a very enjoyable stay! We recommend it! We recommend it.

I went with a friend to spend a week and our stay was amazing! Everything was wonderful and you can trust the place is exactly as advertised, if not even better. The apartment was extremely clean and organized, Cláudio's wife helped us with everything and was extremely helpful. We woke up every day looking at the sea, the view is very beautiful. Not to mention the space, we really enjoyed the game room and played table tennis until we couldn't anymore. We will definitely come back more often.

Exactly as shown in the photos. Very quiet place, we were with two children and we were not cramped at all. The beach is right in front of the building, and on days when we were looking for a little more action, we stayed on the quieter beach a little further to the side. Entire apartment renovated, building a little older but well divided. One of the beds has a slightly denser orthopedic mattress that does not match our profile but is ideal for those who like it. Super helpful hosts. I'd go back!
