Holiday rentals with a pool in Itaugua

The place perfectly matches the description, I did not need to contact the hosts at any time since there were no problems during our stay, the place is ideal for having a good time with family and friends.

Very friendly hosts and due to the stay, nice and nice environment, I recommend the stay and would come back.

Photos don't do this one justice! Right on the outskirts of San Ber, you have the benefit of a quiet, private location while being about a five minute drive from the city center. Close to convenience and super market as well, absolutely stellar location.

Excellent place to spend a few days in peace and quiet in Piribebuy. The hosts Matthias and Mirian are super friendly and helpful, they welcomed us very kindly. The site has all the necessary amenities up to games. Apart from Matthias and Mirian make some delicious Roman-style homemade pizzas that everyone should try. Not to mention Spike's loving and playful. We definitely come back. 👌🏻

Everything was excellent to the point that we decided to stay longer

With my family we were very grateful for the hospitality and human warmth of Elba and his family who were very attentive to our needs during the stay. It is a very welcoming and enjoyable home that would undoubtedly return to that same home. Thank you very much for everything. I hope to return soon to enjoy everything we lacked but very grateful with everyone, thank you Monica and Flia.

You hardly believe you are in Paraguay when you enter the very modern, tasteful and lovingly furnished house of Richard and Alex. The house offers everything your heart desires, even a bathtub and dishwasher. The pool area offers a lot of privacy and is only available to the guests of the two identical vacation homes. These are very quiet in the midst of wonderful nature, from horses, cows to chickens, including a private forest for relaxing walks. If you value peace and privacy, this is the place to be, including impressive sunsets. The wonderful hosts Richard and Alex also live on the spacious grounds and are always there when you need them. They always have an open ear for the wishes of their guests and give tips for the area. Fully recommended! We will be back!

New apartment, with excellent infrastructure and very well located.

Beautiful apartment duplex, located in one of the best areas of Asuncion. All very friendly and attentive to every detail that was resolved immediately. We would definitely come back.

Our stay was excellent. We greatly appreciate the host's attention and kindness, always willing to help us. The place is very quiet and pleasant, ideal for resting. In addition, it is spacious, very clean and well cared for, with everything you need to feel comfortable. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. It is also very well located, with a pharmacy and supermarket nearby, which was very convenient. Totally recommended!

Excellent apartment, it is well designed and decorated with very good quality. It includes all the services it offers. As for the cleanliness, it's impeccable. A very nice balcony with a large grill included, wide views in the windows of all the rooms. Very spacious garage and has a trunk. Highly recommended. I'd come back without thinking. The Airbnb far exceeded my expectations of what the pictures provide on this listing & I strongly encourage it will do the same for others in the future who book this listing. About Guillermo… incredible host. He was available to answer any of my questions at anytime of the day, including late night & early morning. He showed he not only cares about his Airbnb, but more-so cares about the people that stay in his vicinity. He was able to answer every question I had. If he didn’t know the answer, he helped find a solution in order for my question to be answered not only correctly, but honestly. Thank you so much Guillermo!

Gustavo's place was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed being able to walk to local shopping and restaurants in a beautiful part of town. He was always responsive and helpful. We will be back!
