Holiday rentals with beach access in Ithaca

What a fabulous place close to the cove where the yachts and restaurants are situated then have own beach just out front. The owners were so lovely to bring breakfast and coffee from their beautiful bakery everyday. Comfortable beds had everything you need. Thanks Anna 🤗

Love the Myrto! This is our 3rd stay here and we love it. The host Dionisis and his family are wonderful, so friendly and welcoming and always responsive if any questions need answering. The apartment was very clean upon arrival and thank you so much for the welcome local treats. Everything we needed for our 16 day stay was available, including clean towels, bedding and bins emptied daily. Parking available with the apartment as well. Quiet location, but 5 minuteswalk from the nearest bar and tavernas . There's a fantastic choice of places to eat and drink in the village and wonderful friendly people. We have visited Kefalonia 6 times now and always stay in this village. No loud clubs and bars so perfect for us, just a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend the Myrto apartments and thank you so much for another brilliant holiday. Hope to be back for a 4th visit 😃

This is the second time we’ve stayed in the Chloe villa and it didn’t disappoint! It’s such a beautiful location with an amazing sea view to watch the sunrise. The pool is directly below and the sea over the road which is perfect for early morning swims. Especially due to the changing temperatures in the water where salt meets fresh and there are warm spots and cold spots. It’s a short pebble beach so water shoes (or flippers in my daughter’s case) make getting in and out of the water much easier. Steve was a brilliant host! Nothing was too much trouble. Really responsive and because we had a late flight extended our checkout time until 6pm which meant we could enjoy a full last day. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including some starter items for your arrival, such as biscuits, jam, milk, butter… and wine! There is a coffee machine, toasty maker & everything else you may need (incl. washing machine and dishwasher) A 20 min coast walk straight to Sami!

I’ll echo the other glowing reviews – a wonderful stay at Fryni’s place. Fryni was away but was super responsive to any queries, as was her brother who lives downstairs with his family and was friendly and on hand to help. (He lent us a snorkel and goggles) Beautiful views and a comfortable, warmly-decorated apartment. Some Airbnb apartments can feel quite clinical but we found Fryni’s to be homely. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thanks Fryni and Kostas!

Wir (Pärchen) haben Aris Unterkunft in Agia Effimia als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge gewählt und es hat perfekt gepasst. Wir waren zu zweit, aber die Unterkunft wäre auch für vier Personen geeignet. Küche und Bad sind gut ausgestattet, jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage und der Balkon ist groß und bietet eine tolle Aussicht über das Meer und den Hafen (3. Stock). Die Hafenpromenade und die Restaurants/Cafés befinden sich in Gehweite, allerdings ist der Anstieg zur Unterkunft sehr steil und daher wohl nicht für jede Person zu Fuß möglich. Aris Familie hat uns herzlich empfangen und die Kommunikation verlief jederzeit reibungslos. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft jedenfalls weiter!

Schöne Wohnung ungeben von einem wundervollen Garten. Man ist schnell am schönen, meist leeren Strand der auch für Kinder gut zum Schwimmen geeignet ist. Chloe kümmert sich liebevoll um Haus und Garten, wir hoffen bald wieder zu kommen!

I had been wanting to visit Ithaki for a long time and I got there on literally the last ferry and was lucky enough to count on Anastasia's home to welcome me there. The house is equipped with everything one might need for a short vacation, is 2 minutes away from the port, the cafeterias, taverna, etc. The environment is quite and inspires trust. I even walked up to the so called Odysseus Palace (ca. 50 minutes up the hills), it was a beautiful and symbolical walk, which one can do by car in probably just 10 minutes. Anastasia has a very warm, welcoming and always ready to help presence. Ευχαριστώ πολύ, it was a pleasure. Hopefully see you next time!

Henriette went above and beyond ... collecting us from the airport which made the start of our holiday so much better. Poros is the perfect place to unwind and relax. There are enough bars and restaurants of a good standard to eat somewhere different every day. There is a lovely bakery around the corner where we got our bread, pastries and take away coffee. You can also buy rolls with ham, cheese and salad. The accommodation was sufficient for our needs. There is a grill/microwave which we used to toast our bread and warm up our croissants. A fridge. My advice is to assume you'll eat out every day as the cooking set up in the apartment is not a regular kitchen. Adequate enough for making hot drinks and what I have mentioned already. Shower is great and the water hot. There are two sinks; one in the toilet and one in the shower room. There is an area where to hang your clothes. The balcony is perfect for people watching and eating your breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Myself and my partner recently stayed here and what an amazing place it is. The villa itself is just like the pictures and is a secure gated and private place to spend a holiday relaxing and enjoying Kefalonia. It is only 20 minutes from the main city Argostoli and just up the road is supermarkets and restaurants. It is also very close to multiple beaches. It has some great views of the sea, Zakynthos and the mountains. It was spotless and had great facilities throughout ( fast WiFi, Netflix, multiple sun loungers, bbq area, perfect clean pool etc ) The hosts Anastasios and his sister Marilena were very welcoming upon arrival and showed us around the villa. They also left some local snacks/wine and provided us with recommendations for the island. They were also quick to respond to any queries. Overall we had a brilliant stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place. We will definitely be looking to stay here again when we return to Kefalonia!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Lage der Wohnung mit Blick auf das Meer ist perfekt. Von hier aus kann man sehr gut in alle Richtungen los starten um die wunderschönen Strände zu erkunden. Die Wohnung bietet wirklich alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Terasse bietet auch die Möglichkeit eine Sporteinheit durchzuführen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist eine Yoga Session am Morgen mit Meditation, dazu gibt es vor Ort auch Yogamatten. Die beiden Gastgeber sind absolut herzlich und wir wurden behandelt wie deren Kinder !!! Wir kommen wieder.

It was our first visit to the island and we explored a lot! We are so happy we chose this home. It was exactly as described. The views were wonderful. We enjoyed the patio each morning and night. It was very peaceful. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable in our travels between 3 rentals, We were fortunate that grapefruit and lemons were in season. What a treat those gifts were. I prepared dinner on our last night and all I needed was available and clean! The home was co clean. It was such a please to speak often with this couple. I’ll de dreaming of our stay.

Honestly the best Airbnb we have stayed in. The semi private cove was a big highlight, no one else used this our entire trip so felt like we had a private beach on the doorstep! The views were incredible from the garden, one day we planned to go to the beach however enjoyed the garden so much we decided to stay! Great distance to lassi where the restaurants and bars are. Paid €8 for a taxi into argostoli and took roughly 7minutes to drive. Very good location’

Πανέμορφο διαμέρισμα δίπλα στη θάλασσα. Άψογη καθαριότητα,είχε μέσα όλα όσα χρειάζομασταν ,όλα τέλειας ποιότητας. Διακόσμηση, άνετο κρεβάτι και μαξιλάρια,όλα ήταν άψογα. Ελπίζω να ξανά πάμε σύντομα,πέρασαμε καταπληκτικά!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was wonderful, and the view from the terrace during breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. We felt very welcome and would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Poros.

I don’t know where to begin to describe how incredible Ourania’s place is. A secluded paradise just minutes from town. I am currently 30 weeks pregnant and wanted a relaxing week away. I stumbled across Ourania’s place after searching for any properties in Greece for a week and I am so grateful we ended up here! It was simply breathtaking from start to finish. Ourania as a host is lovely, easy to communicate with and very responsive yet allows as much privacy as you would like. The property itself is stunning, from the design and build, to all of the luxury amenities included. The staff on site are so kind and attentive and ensure the place stays spotless during your visit without imposing. We felt spoilt from start to finish, the hardest part was having to leave! Villa Rhea and Lefkada island has left a special place in our hearts and it wouldn’t have been half the experience had we not stayed at Ourania’s place. I cannot recommend enough, I only hope we can return again!

Beautiful studio, fully equipped and comfortable. I loved the location: it’s a bit on the edge of the village and very peaceful, but you can walk to the restaurants and supermarkets. Amazing sunrises over the sea from the balcony. I’ll come back here next time I’m in kephalonia. Warmly recommended!

This was the perfect location to explore the island of Kefalonia from. The accommodations were spacious, clean and both decks had fabulous views of the sea. It is located in a quite location with comfortable beds and it was stocked with all the necessities we required. The host was easy to communicate with and very punctual in filling any requests. Mrs. Sophia was lovely and kept the unit very clean for us.

The spacious ground floor apartment is an amazing place for a vacation. The apartment is very modern, feels very new, spotlessly clean, with a lot of love that has gone into making this apartment a home from home. 1 minute walk to the sea, 2 minutes walk to some amazing restaurants by the sea. The apartment had everything you would need for a truly amazing vacation. 5 stars plus! Hoping to return next year!

Having never been to Kefalonia before, my partner and I had some initial trepidation in coming here for our holiday. We were aware that it was a fairly big island and wanted to get a rental car in order to travel around. George gave us a trusted and affordable car rental company who met us at the airport which completely took stress out of the whole process. George met us outside the flat and instantly made us feel welcome. He sat us both down and gave us some ideas for things to do around the island as well as some very good local restaurant recommendations which we took full advantage of. He lived just across the hall but we didn’t hear a peep from him until it was time to leave. George had also stocked the fridge with water and supplied us with enough coffee to last us our whole stay, and some (it was great coffee). We will miss both George and Kefalonia and hope to be back soon, what a place.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι σε πολύ καλό σημείο μέσα στη πόλη είναι τα πάντα δίπλα και μπορείς να βγεις το βράδυ με τα πόδια και δεν χρειαζρυε αυτοκίνητο .Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν πολύ ευγενική μας εξυπηρετούσε σε όλα !!! Όποτε πήραμε τηλεφωνο αμέσως απαντούσε και μας βοηθούσε σε ότι θέλαμε !! Μου έδωσε και μια πολύ ωραία μαρμελάδα που είχε φτιάξει πραγματικά υπέροχη Κυρία !! Θα ήθελα να επισκεφτώ ξανά αυτό το διαμέρισμα !!!

Joy is absolutely an amazing host! She was so warm and welcoming it really felt like I was visiting family. Her property is breath taking all around. Favorite things include: The air conditioner working exceptionally well after a hot day outside lol. The view was spectacular and the pool was gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious! The property is close enough to a small mini market as well as the beach and all the beach side restaurants. Joy ordered laundry service for a small cost that was greatly appreciated! Daily room cleaning and fresh linens. The property was quiet and peaceful!

Absolutely perfect stay in the heart of Lixouri! This house exceeded all expectations — immaculately clean, beautifully decorated with a stylish and modern touch, and incredibly convenient for everything you could need. It’s ideally located for exploring all the stunning nearby beaches, yet peaceful and quiet at night. What made it even more special was the thoughtful attention to families: the house was wonderfully equipped for a little toddler, with a comfy crib, toys, and little touches that made us feel completely at home.
