Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ithaca

Octopus Garden stands out as one of our all time favourite Airbnb locations! Ideal in every way! My son and I felt instantly at home! Agia Effimia is a tranquil, cozy village away from it all, yet Argostoli was an easy drive that we made several times to beauty spots on the other side of Kefalonia. The proximity to Sami was a massive plus, as there are tons of sights and lovely shopping. The house is spacious and had everything that one could possibly need. My son enjoyed having his own bedroom and bathroom. The wash machine was extremely handy. Thank you so much for leaving so many goodies for us. It was nice not to have to run out immediately for supplies and groceries. We didn’t do a lot of cooking, as the restaurants in town were amazing! Amalia and Cafe Fior D’amore were our go-to’s. I will miss doing my yoga on the terrace overlooking the bay and listening and to the morning song. We loved the sweet, black cat who always greeted us and shared our sun spots!

Honestly the best Airbnb we have stayed in. The semi private cove was a big highlight, no one else used this our entire trip so felt like we had a private beach on the doorstep! The views were incredible from the garden, one day we planned to go to the beach however enjoyed the garden so much we decided to stay! Great distance to lassi where the restaurants and bars are. Paid €8 for a taxi into argostoli and took roughly 7minutes to drive. Very good location’

Πανέμορφο διαμέρισμα δίπλα στη θάλασσα. Άψογη καθαριότητα,είχε μέσα όλα όσα χρειάζομασταν ,όλα τέλειας ποιότητας. Διακόσμηση, άνετο κρεβάτι και μαξιλάρια,όλα ήταν άψογα. Ελπίζω να ξανά πάμε σύντομα,πέρασαμε καταπληκτικά!!

If you have any doubts about renting this property, forget them!! world travellers & hands down the loveliest air bnb I've been in. Extremely clean, well maintained - just BEAUTIFUL. Exactly like the photos. The family have poured alot of love into the properties. We had the BEST trip & that's just the location and property. Add to that the wonderful family that host, they are kind, generous, communicative and honestly so lovely...like staying with family. I got emotional when we had to leave 😭. They left fresh eggs, bread,wine, olive oil, jams, honey etc. Great equipped kitchen & bbq area. After a day out we found beautiful cakes had been left in the fridge after they came to do pool maintenance. After hearing we had a bad time at a cafe they cheered us up with kebabs, fresh pittas & sausages from their butchers. So delicious!! This is a hilly area, if you have mobility issues check out their other beautiful property which also looks amazing. We will be back!Thank you so much guys!!

This place is a hidden palace on the hill, located quite well for most things you may want to do in Southern Kefalonia. And if you want to stay there and do things at the furthest point north, it’s a 1h25m drive. We loved the cleanliness and quiet. There is one neighbor next door which appears be a mirror villa to this one. There is a little bit of noise from the airport but I found it enjoyable watching a planes take off. There aren’t many, perhaps 1-2 per hour. Gjon & his team are very kind and accommodating. The outdoor space is quite large and the pool is as big as it looks in the photos. I would estimate it to be about 15 meters (45 feet). There is enough parking space for several cars. The amenities inside are modern, and the whole place looks recently built or renovated. Everything works perfectly and it’s a great place to have as a home on the island. This place is flawless and it was a top tier experience. Put in Pantheon Villa Svoronata into GPS for a smooth arrival.

Great Airbnb just a short walk from Agia Efimia. Big balcony area with a brilliant view. We loved that we could walk to a pebbled beach in 4 mins. Useful to also have a dishwasher and washing machine. Thanks for having us.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa is absolutely beautiful and the views are outstanding. Lots of great beaches and restaurants are easily walkable. William was a brilliant host, sharing recommendations and helping us with restaurant bookings. Would highly recommend staying here!

This remote villa feels like your own private paradise. Perched above the sea, the beautiful view & property instantly makes you feel you’re somewhere special. Having already spent a week exploring Kefalonia, we were happy to enjoy quiet days by the amazing infinity pool watching the boats sail by and soaking in the tranquility. The grounds surround you with nature and the birds, sheep bells & sound of the sea is perfect background music. The sunrises were magical and the best way to start each day. A short drive to the quiet town of Poros offers you pretty sea views, incredibly clear blue water and a good selection of tavernas and cafes. The villa itself is spacious and comfortable. There is lots of shade & seating outside to optimize enjoyment of the surrounding beauty. Unfortunately the overgrown gardens around the upper patio slightly obstructed the view but the view from the pool made up for that! If you are looking to relax in a peaceful & stunning setting then look no further!

wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche bei Dimitri, der uns als Ansprechpartner mit guten Tipps immer zur Verfügung stand. das Appartement war schlicht, aber sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hafen war die Lage des Appartements schon ländlich. Wir haben die Zeit auf der Terrasse beim Frühstück oder abends beim Wein mit dem blick auf den Garten sehr genossen. die Zitronen durften wir uns einfach von den Bäumen pflücken. Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Dimitri, dem ehemaligen Kapitän zur See, mit dem wir uns gerne unterhalten haben. wir freuen uns aufs Wiedersehen! Katia & Dirk

Christina and her parents are kind and generous hosts, providing basic provisions and gifts of home-grown pomegranates and eggs from their own hens. The apartment was light, airy and well furnished, with good bed linen and plenty of towels, loo roll, shower gel, etc. Good light-excluding shutters and quiet, efficient air con. The gardens are pretty and well-maintained with seating in sun or shade, as preferred. Attractively lit in the evenings. The views of the sea and mountains are stunning from dual aspect balconies, which are in sunshine all day long. 10 minute walk to the sea and nearest tavernas. Narrow beaches are stony but accessible. 5 minute drive to pretty port of Sami with small supermarkets, shops and many bars and tavernas. Ferries to Ithaca and mainland. No sandy beaches locally. However, the sea is beautifully clear.

Beautiful and comfortable one bedroom apartment within walking distance of restaurants, shops, the port, with a beautiful view and terrace, and a short drive from the stunning beach of Antisamos. The owners are friendly, always available, and helpful. Highly recommended.

Loved our stay, the most stunning scenic views of the harbour, the sea & the mountains from the balcony and the side patio. The apartment is lovely, very clean, Nina was very friendly & quick to respond. We sat & watched the ferries and the boats coming in & out, very relaxing. Poros is beautiful, not touristy at all, you are very much living within the lovely local Greek community. Thank you Nina

The apparent is beautiful, so clean and nicely decorated, the bed is comfy anf the facilities are brand new. The kitchen is well equipped and the view is beautiful. Great location, just perfect for reaching all the island attractios. Memi and her mother are wonderful hosts and helped us with anything we needed. We had a wonderful stay, I recommend this appartment very much!

We had a fantastic holiday, the apartment is just like the pictures. Katerina sent us video instructions for how to open the insect screens, hot water button, how the oven works, etc, and everything worked perfectly as described. There were welcome items such as water, butter and jams in the fridge and there were plenty of towels and extra bedding and pillows. The balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunrise and eat breakfast in the morning sunshine, and in the afternoon/evening there is welcome shade after a day of sightseeing. Argostoli is the perfect location with plenty of restaurants, shops and amenities very close by. We didn’t hire a car but we did use the local bus service frequently and it was very inexpensive and easy to get around. Many thanks for a lovely holiday

Schöne Wohnung ungeben von einem wundervollen Garten. Man ist schnell am schönen, meist leeren Strand der auch für Kinder gut zum Schwimmen geeignet ist. Chloe kümmert sich liebevoll um Haus und Garten, wir hoffen bald wieder zu kommen!

Had a wonderful stay at Faro Del Porto. Antonis was so easy to communicate with, and really quick at responding to all queries. He was waiting as I arrived and made me feel very welcomed! Ample space to park, just a short walk down to a little cove and the main port, and not too much further to walk into the main poros town. Probably one of the hotels with one of the shorter walks in this area, as most the others are up in the hills. The location here is perfect - high enough for the views but not too high that it makes it a mission if you don’t have a car. The room was spotlessly clean, fresh feeling and a simple yet luxury aesthetic, certainly for the price range. The balcony was large and provided the most amazing views, to literally see the sun rise without leaving bed across the poros port was incredible! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in poros, or even with those wanting somewhere to easily access skala whilst having a peaceful retreat away from the busy areas.

Beautiful studio, fully equipped and comfortable. I loved the location: it’s a bit on the edge of the village and very peaceful, but you can walk to the restaurants and supermarkets. Amazing sunrises over the sea from the balcony. I’ll come back here next time I’m in kephalonia. Warmly recommended!

We spent a wonderful few days at Eagles Nest. The location is amazing, backed by magnificent mountains and overlooking sea views. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the pool was heavenly, a very peaceful place to relax and cool down with the sounds of nature all around you. Marina was everything you could ask for in a host, friendly and welcoming and always there to help if needed. Thankyou Marina, we loved our stay in Kefalonia, we’ll definitely be back!

This was the perfect location to explore the island of Kefalonia from. The accommodations were spacious, clean and both decks had fabulous views of the sea. It is located in a quite location with comfortable beds and it was stocked with all the necessities we required. The host was easy to communicate with and very punctual in filling any requests. Mrs. Sophia was lovely and kept the unit very clean for us.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo alloggio per una settimana. La posizione è strategica per girare l’isola e i tramonti sono speciali. L’alloggio è come descritto in foto, con tutto il necessario. Bill è stato il miglior host mai avuto. Estremamente disponibile, simpatico e la marmellata fatta in casa che offre con il soggiorno è davvero deliziosa. La prossima vacanza a Cefalonia sicuramente alloggeremo qui!

The spacious ground floor apartment is an amazing place for a vacation. The apartment is very modern, feels very new, spotlessly clean, with a lot of love that has gone into making this apartment a home from home. 1 minute walk to the sea, 2 minutes walk to some amazing restaurants by the sea. The apartment had everything you would need for a truly amazing vacation. 5 stars plus! Hoping to return next year!

What a wonderful, tranquil place, Villa Rosa is! The gardens are tidy, and well kept and so colourful! As has already been said, “what’s not to like?!!” Joy and her team, made you feel that nothing was too much trouble for them, when it came to answering your every whim! And they were always smiling, and never made you feel that you were in the way. The location is superb, and because it’s away from main roads, it’s very quiet. It’s near the sea, and a 7 minute walk from the beach at Trapezaki, and Denis Taverna. A Hire car is a must as there’s so much to see. Now for the breakfast menu, wow! There was a variety of options for breakfast, and all food was cooked to perfection! Joy was willing to accommodate our unusual dietary limitations, too! And on to cleanliness, in a word, spotless!! The cleaning lady went in every day so there was no chance that dirt or sand could accumulate on the floor! The linen and towels were replaced with fresh, every third day, so everything smelled clean!

Το διαμέρισμα είναι σε πολύ καλό σημείο μέσα στη πόλη είναι τα πάντα δίπλα και μπορείς να βγεις το βράδυ με τα πόδια και δεν χρειαζρυε αυτοκίνητο .Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν πολύ ευγενική μας εξυπηρετούσε σε όλα !!! Όποτε πήραμε τηλεφωνο αμέσως απαντούσε και μας βοηθούσε σε ότι θέλαμε !! Μου έδωσε και μια πολύ ωραία μαρμελάδα που είχε φτιάξει πραγματικά υπέροχη Κυρία !! Θα ήθελα να επισκεφτώ ξανά αυτό το διαμέρισμα !!!

Absolutely perfect stay in the heart of Lixouri! This house exceeded all expectations — immaculately clean, beautifully decorated with a stylish and modern touch, and incredibly convenient for everything you could need. It’s ideally located for exploring all the stunning nearby beaches, yet peaceful and quiet at night. What made it even more special was the thoughtful attention to families: the house was wonderfully equipped for a little toddler, with a comfy crib, toys, and little touches that made us feel completely at home. It’s clear the hosts truly care and go the extra mile. Highly recommended for anyone, including families — you’ll feel relaxed, welcomed, and truly taken care of in this lovely home.
