Die Unterkunft von Kate ist eine der schönsten die wir je auf Airbnb gebucht haben. Der Blick ist einfach unglaublich, der kleine Garten wirklich zauberhaft und die Einrichtung sehr stimmig und geschmackvoll. Es fehlt an nichts und das Bett ist sehr bequem. Man ist fußläufig von diversen Restaurants entfernt und hat trotzdem totale Ruhe durch die perfekte Lage. Wir würden jederzeit wieder nach Otricoli in die fantastische Unterkunft von Kate zurück kommen

Soggiorno perfetto, siamo stati benissimo. A 10 minuti dal parco dei pini di Narni scalo, dove abbiamo svolto sabato e domenica le due esposizioni internazionali di Narni; non potevamo chiedere posto migliore per i nostri amici a 4 zampe. Rimpiango che non abbiamo potuto godere a pieno della struttura visti gli impegni, ma abbiamo apprezzato molto l’area esterna dove i nostri cani potevano sgambare indisturbati e in tranquillità con un’ottima recinzione. Cucina con piano a induzione molto comoda, area relax sia fuori che dentro. Ringrazio Carmela per la disponibilità e la prontezza in ogni situazione durante questi due giorni. Ottimo

O apartamento de Maria Clara é lindo e muito aconchegante, ficamos somente uma diária, mas queiramos ficar por semanas de tão lindo que era a paisagem e a tranquilidade do local. Maria nos forneceu tudo e respondia minha dúvidas com muita rapidez, se eu voltar para essa região da Itália com certeza irei ficar lá. O quarto era muito espaçoso e o banheiro também tudo estava extremamente limpo e organizado, fomos recebidos com uma cortesia de café e bolinhos, que estavam muito bom!

What wonderful hosts with an amazing place. We loved both. We were greeted by Flavia's parents at the front door having navigated with our rental car the narrow winding streets of Amelia. If you enjoy such driving you will have great fun, if not, then suggest parking outside the walls and walking -- both worked well. We enjoy apartments with a rich history set in historic buildings while enjoying modern amenities. This place was perfect. The hosts shared its history and their pride of ownership. They were so friendly and helpful. You enter from a medieval/Rennaissance cobblestone piazza into a beautifully maintained and appointed apartment. Great furnishings and decorations from the living room, through the hallway, by the bathroom, and kitchen and then ending in the master bedroom. Each room offers a spectacular view as you realize your abode perches on the edge of the town's cliff. So fun to look up at as your stroll outside the city walls. To the hosts thank you!!

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

Giorgios Haus liegt in einem herrlich angelegten Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und ausreichend schattigen Plätzen, selbst bei größter Hitze. Der Infinity-Pool hat eine tolle Größe, einen wunderbaren Ausblick in die traumhafte Landschaft, ist sehr sauber und wurde während unseres Aufenthalts regelmäßig gereinigt. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig und stilvoll eingerichtet und die vielen liebevollen Details machen es zu einer besonders schönen Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfassend und es werden sogar schöne Pooltücher bereitgestellt! Die beiden im Erdgeschoss gelegenen Schlaf- und Badezimmer bleiben auch an heißen Tagen kühl, da sie weniger Tageslicht abbekommen, bzw. sich durch Fensterläden gut abdunkeln lassen. Giorgio reagierte stets sehr schnell und zuvorkommend auf unsere Nachrichten und hat mit seinem herzlichen Nachbarn Alessio einen stets erreichbaren und sehr hilfsbereiten Kontakt vor Ort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

L'appartamento è abbastanza essenziale ma fresco (fuori faceva molto caldo), comodo e pulito e si trova in una zona tranquilla ma molto vicina alla strada principale con negozi, bar e ristoranti e alla stazione ferroviaria (comodissimo per chi volesse andare anche a Roma). Una sistemazione decorosa e conveniente.

un angolo di storia e pace nel cuore di un borgo medievale. Appena varcata la soglia del centro storico, si viene accolti da un’atmosfera d’altri tempi: vicoli acciottolati, case in pietra, scorci panoramici e il silenzio rotto solo dal canto degli uccelli o dal rintocco delle campane. L’appartamento, sapientemente ristrutturato, conserva il fascino rustico dell’epoca, con travi a vista, pavimenti in cotto e arredi dal gusto autentico. Allo stesso tempo, offre tutti i comfort moderni: una cucina attrezzata, un bagno comodo e pulito, e una zona notte accogliente e silenziosa. Uno dei punti forti è senza dubbio la vista: affacciandosi dalla finestra, si gode di un panorama mozzafiato sulle colline circostanti o su una piccola piazzetta viva di storia e tradizione.Un soggiorno che non è solo una vacanza, ma un viaggio nella storia e nell’anima di un luogo unico.
