It's been an incredible four days. The view of the place is beautiful, even more in the sunsets. Neto and the caretakers were very caring and kind. We'll be back more often for sure!

Gustavo is an excellent host, was present and concerned about our experience. Typical farmhouse, very well preserved, even without air conditioning is fresh, all rooms have a fan and quality linen. The wifi is good everywhere. Every day the water from the jacuzzi and swimming pool are changed and the best part is mineral water. The pool/jacuzzi area has a kitchen with great infrastructure. Nice in front of the treats, it was a show apart, amazing spice! Taking care of breakfast for dinner, and surprising us a few times; with a coffee and cake in the middle of the afternoon, off your whimsy when setting the table worthy of a boutique hotel. Alex, he spared no effort, showing us everything the farm offers, took us to the waterfall, picked fruit, took care of our pizzeria, even set up a makeshift “hammock” for a game we organized among the family. What a duo thank you Alex and Nice! Congratulations on your home, posture, and staff. It was definitely an unforgettable experience

This home in Brotas is simply spectacular! Located in one of the most beautiful spots in the city, it has a breathtaking view and an environment that combines luxury, comfort and great taste. The swimming pool invites you for a relaxing swim, while the complete gourmet area is perfect for gathering friends and family without concern. The rooms are beautifully decorated, super cozy and equipped with all the good and the best. And it can't help but highlight the special touch of Alexandra, who with her proactivity and flawless gaze, thought of every detail to make this place unique and welcoming. A house made to live unforgettable moments!

I like the apartment, it's just like the pictures. I just didn't know it was so close to the train line, that it makes a very loud noise day and night. But I believe that those who know São Carlos are already used to this, as it is difficult to escape the noise of the train in the city. But it was worth the stay, a clean and organized apartment, the way I needed it.

Wonderful atmosphere! Everything according to the listing description and even much better in person than the pictures shows. The service provided by the housekeepers also impeccable, the couple very solicitous and polite! I recommend it to everyone!!! We will definitely be back!!!

A large and very well taken care of Chácara. I highlight the care and cleanliness of the place, it is clear that it is maintained with affection. Very tasty for spending days with friends and family. We couldn't even use all the spaces. Good rooms, kitchen, barbecue area, games and soccer field. I didn't go with kids, but the playground was amazing. There was still a floor barbecue, a wood stove... as in the description. The only space that wasn't working was the spa, as warned by the host. Communication with Gislaine was very easy and efficient, and she also received us with great attention at check-in. I hope to return with family and friends.

Since I started using Airbnb, all over Brazil, I've never been to such a good place. Everything exactly as shown in the photos, complete house, well maintained, the hosts are excellent, understanding and proactive. I definitely recommend it and will return more often.

We spent a great long holiday at Marici's house. The place is beautiful, quiet, in the middle of nature, the river passes right behind the house. The house is super well equipped, organized, cozy and everything was always clean. It is less than 10 minutes from the Campana Park. The householders Edimilson and Kellen were very kind and helpful.

We had an excellent stay! The view from the house is spectacular! Host was very attentive!

The house is great, super equipped, lots of appliances in the kitchen, plus lots of utensils. The caretaker Mauro and the maid Angela were extremely friendly and attentive. The pool is solar heated and as it was winter, it was not hot enough, but the rest of the house and the grounds were very nice, we didn't miss it that much. The house has a “beach tennis court” with rackets, many balls, a trampoline, and a playground for the children. The condominium has no access control, the entrance has no gate, just a guardhouse that seemed empty, but the house has a camera system, and the house is far from the gate, we felt safe. We would rent again!

No negative aspects. Well-maintained house and exactly as described. Celso is very attentive and quick to respond. Very good for staying with the family, having a barbecue and enjoying a pool.

The Chácara is very beautiful, with a large and pleasant house and quiet neighborhood. The leisure area is spectacular with gourmet area, swimming pool and 2 bathrooms. We love our stay.

Our stay at Sítio was amazing! We were greeted by the hometown Samira, very kind, who explained everything to us. The house is surrounded by nature, with lots of vegetation and a climate of tranquility. The space is huge, both inside the house and in the surrounding land, providing comfort and freedom for all. The leisure area is super complete, with the swimming pool nearby. The house is a real refuge, while at the same time it is close to the city center, which facilitates any need such as market and pharmacy, making the experience even more convenient. We felt at home! We're definitely going back.

Great stay. We were well received and we had all the necessary support. Local with a lot of security, solar power and internet. I felt at home, cozy place and with the necessary privacy. The village had all the necessary utensils and the house was super clean. Clear and well explained rules when we arrived. Very good pool. The children loved the place.

We arrived super well and were very welcome! Mr. Caio was super attentive, he showed us the whole environment and the place was impeccable! All very clean and organized. He also gave several cool city tips and at all times was very helpful. We had a lot of privacy, which made us feel super comfortable, as if it were in our own home. We will definitely go back and make more pizzas in this wood-fired oven! The experience was amazing. Thanks so much to Caio and his wife for the hospitality!

My experience in this stay was excellent! The host was very attentive and responded quickly whenever I needed something. The site was exactly the same as in the pictures, I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to everyone looking for a warm, well-kept place.

we were very well received, my children are autistic and had an incredible connection with him and the place, respectful and attentive to everyone, impeccable, safe place, the pool surprised me (huge and very clean), it was very flexible with my children's pet playing with them in the pool, they were very happy(happy children, happy mae kkkk).
