This is the perfect place if you're looking for a pleasant, semi rural location for a medium short or even a long stay. Alieh is the perfect host and the flat itself has everything you need. We were 2 Brits coming to OZ for a year and needed somewhere to stay for a month while finding out feet. This worked beautifully for us. The location is slightly out of the way which for us was fine as we could come back to our haven after job hunting and football training. Alieh was brilliant to deal with and took us under her wing. The house was beautiful- very light and airy with lots of space. My family were sharing with my sister and her family - we all enjoyed our stay in the house - lots of room for us all to spread out. The house was extremely clean and tidy when we arrived. It was very easy to access the trams and shops from the house. The area that the house was in was beautiful and very quiet - after a busy day sightseeing it was lovely to come back and relax in. The swimming pool is solar powered but we had hot weather whilst there so were able to use it. Would absolutely recommend this house.

Saeed's property was as described. Inside the house, there was ample space to relax and unwind. The house was clean and tidy and the BBQ was prepped and ready for use. The pool area was also clean and easy to access. The internal central heating worked really quickly when the night became cold. The house was set up with a swing, hammock, fooseball table as well as a few other games. Saeed was a helpful and responsive host, willing to accommodate us. I would mention that it is one large house on the property, separating guests from Saeed's family by an internal locked door (so noise could be heard from the other side of the door). The pool can also be seen from the entire house, so if you wanted privacy, this is probably not the accommodation for you.

Robert was a fabulous host as he was responsive and helpful. The house was ideal for our 3 generations to stay as it was homely and had enough space for everyone to co exist. We could relax and enjoy the place without worrying about the house being too pristine to move. Great family getaway. Thanks Robert.

Great clean and tidy place

The landlord renovated the house and introduced the measures. I was very satisfied with the house. It was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

The house was perfect for our needs. It was spacious, beautifully furnished, immaculate and modern. We were thrilled with everything. The hosts were always responding to our queries in a very timely manner and we couldn't have been happier. Thank you.

Monty’s townhouse has been beautifully renovated and finished to have you everything you need and more. The kitchen has to be one of the best I’ve used through Airbnb, stocked with everything you need from cake tins, cocktail glasses to organic basics. Monty took care of us by arranging a high chair and a late check out. We felt really happy with our stay :)

Where to start absolute paradise. Amanda let us stay with 3 dogs last minute where other acom fell through in day of checkin. Opposite the home is doggy heaven. Big secure dog park where our 3 thrived and happy. The home itself well set up clean tidy & dog friendly. Nothing was a problem for Amanda very kind and helpful if I could give her 10/10 I would give Bellfield an 11. ❤️💃🎉👌 Absolutely best Airbnb we have ever stayed at and dogs legitimately very very welcome. What a great place to stay, the renovations are amazing. It had everything you need and more. We also loved that you were so close to restaurants, chemist and grocery stores. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah and Matt’s beautiful cottage near the Yarra Valley. Even though it was raining during our visit, the stunning views from the cottage more than made up for it — it was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The cottage was cosy, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay — a clean bathroom, washer and dryer, Netflix, and even a Nespresso machine for our morning coffee. Sarah was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special highlight for my son was getting to meet their adorable family pony, Little Penny — such a sweet touch that made our stay even more memorable. We truly appreciated the tranquility of the surroundings and would highly recommend this lovely spot to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Thank you for the lovely stay!

It was a pleasure to stay at Chris’s place. It’s the perfect spot in Melbourne, and the place is full of personality, as well as very spacious and livable. Chris and Grant were very friendly and accommodating, and I would highly recommend staying here if you have a chance.

Jay’s place are perfect for us. Small family/group to stay. The location is great for us. We can easily get on the M3 freeway also it’s very easy to jump on a bus to Melbourne city. The house itself is very clean and very well maintained. We will definitely recommend it and hopefully stay there again in the future.

Excellent communication, lovely place in a great location. Easy for the tram, local cafe's with good coffee, no unreasonable check-out demands, a seamless experience. I would recommend this host and this property and would book here again.

A great place to stay for a work away from home trip, good location for coffee, beer, bagels and more. Also I loved some of the cute ceramics in the place. The kitchen was really well kitted out - properly sharp knives!

Absolutely amazing stay! We are a family of 4 and loved our stay at this place. It was very clean and super comfortable. Kids enjoyed the games, books and music! Staying at the Red gate home of Daniel has spoilt us for any future Melbourne visits! Nothing would ever live up to the comfort, privacy, location and generosity that Daniel's home provided. From a kind early check in to the feeling of privacy and 'home' we loved every bit of our stay. Not least of which, the terrace was in an excellent location, easy to access public transport, visitor parking permit available and provisions galore supplied! Finally, walking in to a warm home mid-winter was priceless. Cannot recommend more highly! Thank you for having us!

Gemimas place is amazing The apartment is beautiful, spacious and a little oasis amidst the business of Gertrude street The outdoor bath/garden is so beautiful and serene - we got some sunshine out there and it was just gorgeous One of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed in Will definitely be looking to stay again

Had a great holiday in Simon’s lovely accommodation. Cosy and clean, perfect place to relax, lots of little extra touches to elevate the experience. Checking in and out was super easy. Great location - heaps of cafes, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance, and tram stops nearby to go further afield.
