Котеджі «Друзі» - це три двоповерхові спарені котеджі (на 8 осіб кожен) розташовані в мальовничому місці неподалік лісу. На першому поверсі — кухня (електрична плита, мікрохвильова піч, посудомийка, холодильник, електрочайник,); вітальня з каміном (розкладний диван, телевізор); обідній зал; санвузол. На другому поверсі — 3 двомісні номери (шафа для одягу, телевізор; у двох номерах є балкон; в одному санвузол — душова кабіна, туалет, умивальник); санвузол (душова кабіна, туалет, умивальник,фен).
