JC was an amazing host and his property matched the pictures, listings and descriptions. He was very responsive and proactive with exact instructions which made my check in, stay and check out all seamless . His property was clean and decorative and was also very comfortable. I felt right at home with amazing ocean views. I would definitely book with JC again.

We had a great stay at Ryan’s apartment in Hollywood, FL! The location is perfect—just a short drive to Hollywood Beach, which quickly became our favorite even after visiting several others nearby. The Broadwalk is also close by and full of excellent restaurants—definitely check out Sr. Miche for delicious tacos and burritos. The apartment itself was simple, beautiful, and spotless. The large balcony with plenty of patio furniture was a nice bonus, and the building was extremely clean, quiet, and smelled great. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. While the pool was under maintenance during our visit, everything else more than made up for it. The apartment had everything we needed for beach days, including chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and the showers were spacious. We had a great stay at this apartment in Fort Lauderdale! The location was perfect — super close to tons of amazing food options, shops, and everything we needed. It was really convenient to get around, whether walking or driving. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made the check-in process easy. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

I cannot stress enough how great of a place and experience this was. The area is amazing with great food, amazing views, and friendly people. The place itself was magnificent and honestly gave me inspiration on how my own apartment could look like. Lastly, the hosts were friendly and responsive. All of this culminates into what I think is the BEST Airbnb experience I've had thus far. I highly recommend this place because of its views, location, and awesome hosts!

Great place to stay for any vacation . This place has a great view of the beach and also walking distance. Fast working elevators were a bonus. Host was great at communicating and giving clear instructions. Will stay again in the future!

The apartment is exactly what I was looking for, the view is impressive and will be remembered for a long time, I will definitely recommend it to my acquaintances and friends. The complex is well-maintained, good location, 35-40 minutes to Downtown, 5 minutes to the ocean. I was happy to rent this apartment again. The only disadvantage is that I wanted the apartment to be cleaner!

The apartment was really impeccable, as seen in the photos and complying with everything indicated in the description. From the closet with beach and pool items to the fully equipped kitchen, the apartment has everything you need to be very comfortable. The building also has all the amenities such as a small supermarket, pool, etc.

Nice beach location with beautiful views from the condo patio. Beach at your footsteps. Super easy to get to. You can rent chairs and umbrella or use chairs and umbrella in condo. Walkable restaurants or a short uber away. Igor is easy to communicate with. Would stay here again.

This place is really fantastic. It's in a great location near the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. It has a wonderful view facing north and you can see a bit of the ocean. It's a pretty new building and you can really tell. Everything is spotless. I like to walk for exercise and this is a block from the boardwalk where you can go miles at a time.

Leda was so sweet and even accommodated an early check in for us ! The house was spotless and comfy and we felt super safe with a gate! Can’t wait to stay again !

I booked this Airbnb for my family visiting the area from out-of-state. They loved staying here! The house was beautiful and clean. The pool was perfect for the Florida weather. The BBQ worked really well for the cook-out we had. I highly recommend Lear's house for any large groups!

I had a wonderful time. The unit was clean and tidy. We loved the pool!

This was the perfect stay for me and my 2 dogs. We went to the park just down the road for our daily walks, and while we had rain during our stay we thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of the Airbnb. The little fenced yard is also helpful though my dogs were confused by the turf as they just aren’t used to it ! lol. Everything was well stocked in the kitchen and that helped a lot as I like to cook while I’m at an Airbnb. I appreciated the little touches like leaving a bottle of olive oil. Bed was very comfortable and so was the couch. Would 100% stay again when in the area! Hosts were responsive to all questions quickly.
