Holiday rentals with a patio in Ivry-sur-Seine

Prefer location if you are taking the metro. Access to everything we needed on line 7. Place was beautiful, made us feel like we were local Parisians! Loved our stay

The place was cosy, clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen has all the utensils needed for cooking. The host is very responsive and helpful. The metro is a walkable distance. There is no lifts though. So need to be careful when carrying luggage up the small staircase.

I was most impressed by all aspects of my stay at this wonderful split level studio. The place is warm and homely and comfortable. Great location for a variety of different restaurants. Easy access to two different Metro lines and Gare du Nord is also easily accessible by foot. It is a central location with many small local shops, antique stores, bakeries and restaurants around. Had a great stay at Caroline's. Caroline was very friendly and helpful. LeClerc hypermarket is a leisurely 15 minute walk. There's a boulangerie and a patisserie nearby There is a street 2 minutes away that is filled with cafes, restaurants, shops, green grocers, butchers, and a Carrefour. This street also becomes a Morning market on Sundays. The bus stop (Chanzy) is also just a two minute walk away. It's not a difficult commute to Paris downtown coming from Caroline's place. The kitchen is very adequate and is stocked with condiments like spices, balsamic vinegar, salt, and cooking oil. I was able to prepare a few dinners in that kitchen

Isabelle ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin bei der man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Das liebevolle und gemütlich eingerichtete Häuschen ist bestens ausgestattet, es lädt zum verweilen auf der Terrasse im Grünen ein. Die Entfernung in die Stadt ist wirklich schnell und einfach zurückgelegt. Wir könne einen Aufenthalt bei Isabelle wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré la météo qui nous a empêché de profiter de la jouissance du jardin. La maison d’Hanina est très bien placée, nous n’avons passé qu’une seule nuit, mais l’environnement est très calme et agréable…

Celeste was an amazing host and went above and beyond in welcoming us to Paris. we benefited from a flexible check in and her many recs. Her place is tastefully decorated and well located -- not too close to the tourist throngs but easily accessible to all the major spots in Montmartre. All in all, would definitely recommend!

Wir waren zu viert in Paris und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Empfang war herzlich, die Unterkunft sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders der schöne Garten und die ruhige Lage haben uns begeistert. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there. Coffee was a challenge because the machine was not familiar to us. Could not find pods at the grocery store. We were used to the Nespresso original pods. Other than that, the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom had a rain shower. Nice kitchen. Loved our stay there. It is a bit of a challenge getting to tourist destinations in Paris. It is a bit of a journey on the subway if you are not driving (which is a challenge if you are not used to driving in Paris.) But we made it and had a wonderful time. (US citizens)

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Idéal pour assister à événement au Stade de France et rentrer après très vite à pied, avec place de stationnement sous l'immeuble.

Remco’s apartment was lovely - stylish yet comfy and also quiet while being in a cute and walkable neighborhood with plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby! Remco himself was super responsive and kind. Definitely recommend!

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy
