This is a one-room apartment on the second floor of a 40-year-old apartment building in a quiet area about a 15-minute drive from Sapporo Station. We live in the same apartment, so we can take care of anything right away. Also, if we have time, we go out together and enjoy eating with guests. 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station, 3 stops from Sapporo Station, It is a little inconvenient, about a 20-minute walk from Kita 24-Jo Station on the Namboku Subway Line, but there are few cars and you can have a quiet stay. 5-minute walk to a convenience store 4-minute walk to a drugstore 10-minute walk to the supermarket It is a convenient place for living. There is also a large supermarket and hot spring facility 2 stops away by train. Parking for 1 car is available on the property (reservation required). It is available for 500 yen per day. (This is the parking lot I use every day. I park elsewhere) The sofa bed is 170 cm. [About pick-up and drop-off] We will pick you up by car and take you to Shinagawa Station on the first and last day of your stay. I'm sorry if the time doesn't work. WiFi is available, and there is a private kitchen and bathroom, so long-term stays and remote work are more than welcome.

An old private house standing on a site of more than 2,000 square meters, 40 minutes by car from New Chitosa Airport. Time flows gently in this spacious old house. Surrounded by vast fields, there is only the sound of nature. The garden, where wild rabbits often come to play, has plants that grow naturally in all seasons. And at night, the starry sky spreads out endlessly. Rent out the nature of Hokkaido and relax your mind. "Nanmo da" is a Hokkaido dialect that means "It's okay", "Don't worry about it", "It's no big deal". The whole family has been working on this inn for several years with the aim of opening it, but it is still unfinished. There are bugs, the wallpaper is peeling off in places, and the grass in the garden is growing as it pleases. It may not be as comfortable as a luxury hotel in the city center. Still, it's a nostalgic and warm place that makes you think, "I'm glad I came here." I would love for you to experience "doing nothing". Located about 30 minutes by car from the airport, there is a highway entrance 5 minutes from the house, and you can go on day trips to Niseko to the west, Noboribetsu to the south, Sapporo, Otaru, Biei to the north, and Furano, Tomamu to the east.
