The house is built of Eco materials in compliance with ancient traditions in combination with modern technologies, you will feel it, barely crossing the threshold. The house is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

Relax in a cozy and stylish place. Here you can forget about the everyday hustle and bustle in combination with the beauty of the picturesque mountains and clean air. The beauty of the mountains will enchant you at first sight and you will want to come back to us again and again) we have a big plus because there are no tourists nearby, and you can enjoy the rest, the fireplace on a cold evening will warm you and create an unforgettable atmosphere) and we also have all the furniture made of natural walnut that gives an incredible atmosphere, we are waiting for you!)

Four elements

There is everything for a comfortable stay: appliances, furniture, dishes, high-speed internet (fiber optic), Wi-Fi. From the kitchen there is an exit to the terrace, where you can sit with friends or relax in a hammock chair. Also in the yard there is a barbecue with everything you need, free firewood, parking. We provide a set of disposable hygiene items, a minimum set of groceries. All windows have a mountain view, a river is nearby and a forest is a 5-minute walk away, two restaurants with karaoke, hookah, and a delicious menu.

We are located in the resort village Polyana, Svalyavsky district. Villa "Polyana" is a permanent fenced two-storey house, in which: kitchen, fireplace room, 4 bedrooms with balconies, 2 bathrooms, terrace. In the courtyard – a parking space for a car, a barbecue. 50 m from the sanatorium "Polyana" and the boulevard "Polyana Kvasova". View from the house to the mountains and stream. There's a road to the woods nearby. Shops,bank, Nova Poshta branch in 3 minutes walk. We always welcome guests to our home !🏔

Eco resort of Kužbei

A special place, away from people, with its history and atmosphere. Kuzhbei is the only abandoned village in Transcarpathia. An unforgettable place where you will enjoy a connection with nature. No neighbors nearby, and our own transfer will deliver you to the house, as only specialized cars can get there. The cabin can accommodate 2-4 people. In it: double bed with panoramic view + large comfortable sofa A mini kitchen, a bathroom , a fireplace for firewood and a terrace with an incredible view.

Вітальня - велика зручна м'яка частина, складається в ліжко, телевізор, швидкісний інтернет, wi-fi, кондиціонер. Кухня-дерево, сучасна нова, є все необхідне. Ванна - нова, є пральна машина. Aquapark with swimming pools, jacuzzi and children's playground operating during summer is about 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk.
