Amazing apartment .... even bigger than on the pictures. It has everything you need, including an amazing view on the town and the see. Supermarkets are on walking distance .... You can reach city center easily with dolmus or taxi.... host is extremely friendly and reacts quickly. Will definitely return one day!

I stayed in a much nicer house than the photos. Everything was perfect. The kitchenware was complete and you could use it with peace of mind. Cleaning was perfect. TOP Airbnb. Modern, comfortable with AC in all rooms. The Building has new modern interior with elevator. Very clean and well organized. The host is extremely kind and assists with bags, checkin, helping to the parking spot which is less than 50m away and very convenient. Perfect airbnb for families. Short walk just 1 block to the promenade and tourist area. Many restaurants and cafes right downstairs. Very quiet even with this great location. If you are looking for accommodation up to North American standards of cleanliness and modernity for a 5 star airbnb, this is the place. Highly recommend 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This apartment was our first stop on our Turkish Riviera trip, and overall, it was a great experience. Everything was clean, well-organized, and nicely decorated with a cool vibe. One of the best features is the stunning view overlooking the sea port it definitely added something special to our stay. The apartment itself is in a great location in the heart of İzmir, in the Konak area, which makes it super convenient for exploring the city. The host was also excellent he messaged me, checked in to see if we needed anything, and was very welcoming. The only downside for us was that it’s a bit far from good swimming spots. We ended up driving about 30 to 45 minutes to Çeşme to find a nice beach, which was totally worth it because we spent the whole day there and had a great time. So if you’re planning to explore Çeşme during the day and come back to İzmir in the evening, this place is actually a great base. Overall, I’d give it a solid 6/10

The description of the guests' favorite is absolutely true... We changed our holiday date and rented the house and had a very nice holiday experience. The house was completely as described and as in the photos, it was quite authentic and clean. It was a very nice house consisting of 2 spacious rooms, a living room, a toilet and a kitchen, with its own toilet and bathroom, where 2 couples could easily stay. We enjoyed the cherry liqueur our host left for us while sitting in the courtyard in the evening... Our hosts were also very hospitable, they answered all our questions quickly and with interest... Thank you very much.

I am staying at Mr. Erol's place for the second time. Two friends stayed here before, now I wanted to stay here with my wife. The reason I prefer this place again is the reliability and hospitality of Mr. Erol, beyond the location and view. You can find beautiful views elsewhere, but you can't find a loving host. Everything was sufficiently clean. Even the cats are peaceful. This is a place where we are happy. I hope that in the future, we will all be vigorous, cultured, self-improving, and respectful individuals like Mr. Erol. There is a lot to learn from cats. We would like to thank him very much for hosting us and for all our conversations.

Everything was very nice. A clean house, a perfect location. The most beautiful beach was 20 steps away. It was a relaxing holiday where we went everywhere on foot, which we enjoyed immensely, and we never took the car out. If we come to Foça again, we will definitely stay at Miniq Home's houses.

Our accommodation experience was good, the host helped us with most issues, we had no problems with hygiene. We were three girls, and there was no discomfort.

We had a great stay at Çapan's place. right in the heart of Kuşadaşi. We were very happy during our stay were he made us feel like in home.

This was a very unique air BnB. It is like a clean oasis amidst a very old, antiquated town. The town of Ayvalik is not kept clean. Although I love cats, there was cat urine and feces and food on the streets everywhere. The town would benefit from some kind of a cleaning program where the residents wash down their area of the streets every day. There was also a lot of litter everywhere. But the Air BnB was clean and comfortable and we were able to do our laundry and store our perishables in the modern refrigerator. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Getting in and out was a challenge but we called and the hosts guided us in with a moped. Definitely a cultural experience.

The flat is in a great location - historic and peaceful, and close to many attractions. The flat itself is comfortable and had everything we needed. There are kitchen utensils that meet all the needs and also has a garden that will have a very pleasant time, the house is also a 10-minute walk from Mimoza and Bodrum beaches. I recently stayed in Özerk's apartment and was very satisfied. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood but close to attractions and public transport. It is spacious, clean, modernly furnished and fully equipped. Özerk was a great host, very communicative and helpful, and made sure we felt at home. Additional amenities such as fast WiFi, a smart TV and basic necessities made the stay even more pleasant. The value for money was excellent. I can highly recommend Özerk's apartment and will definitely stay here again on a next visit.

I think it is one of the best options to stay in the Dalyan region. Parking is available. Walking distance to Dalyan marina. I would like to thank Mr. Kemal for his hospitality. By the way, I would definitely recommend you to stop by Cevat's place when you come to Dalyan.
