Thanks to its high ceilings, spaciousness, and north-facing location, our home has a natural coolness. It offers a healthy environment where there is no need to use the air conditioner, even though there is one. In our spacious 2+1 living area, you can accommodate up to 8 people and enjoy your time in the fully equipped kitchen. 15 minutes to Iztuzu Beach, 15 minutes to Dalyan, 15-20 minutes to Dalaman Airport. Furniture may vary.

For the winter months we have centeral heat pump inside the house so you will be able to keep your comfort in cold days. Our garden is covert with many trees and plants which gives you a nice privacy. You can enjoy the day around the pool and have fun with our pool table. Our pools are open between april/november.
