This cottage has 6 tatami mats in the bedroom, a living room (4.5 tatami mats + 8 tatami flooring, including a kitchen), a bathroom with a bathtub, and a 100-inch large-screen projector. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove (2 ports), a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, cooking utensils and dishes, and there is a stopover hot spring (adult 700 yen ~), a hinoyasan, a direct sales shop for vegetables picked in the morning, a delicious bakery and a set meal shop within walking distance. From waking up in the morning to sleeping at night, this is the perfect location to feel the sea and spend some time with your family and friends. As you enter the front door of the cottage, the green of the trees and the sparkling light of the ocean jumps into your eyes.The living room, which has about 20 tatami mats, has a sofa, kitchen, loft, and a fireplace in winter, and a relaxing space for families and friends. A terrace made for viewing the sky and sea from the sea when you go out from the window to the terrace.You can luxuriously feel the comfortable breeze and sky flowing slowly in the jacuzzi and hammock swing. Built in 2024, this luxury private villa features a heated pool and nearly 200 m² of space for up to 10 guests. It’s furnished with high-quality equipment and furniture. Just 15 minutes' walk to Ohama Beach (3-minute drive), the spacious living/dining/kitchen room on the upper floor connects to a large BBQ deck with ocean and Izu Islands views. The bedrooms on the lower floor have direct access to the private pool deck, where you can enjoy the ocean views. Free parking for 3 cars is provided.

Hosts live on the same site. Visitors are strictly prohibited. Nor member change. (Please understand that there have been troubles in the past.) The Beach House Cabin is one of the most charming on our property. From the sofa, enjoy sweeping ocean views, while the spacious terrace is ideal for yoga, reading, or relaxing. You can also enjoy a BBQ or use the pizza oven. With two toilets, the cabin is comfortable for larger groups. The mountain-side room has large windows to watch wild birds and see treetops at eye level, giving a unique feeling of staying in a treehouse.
