Poseduje kompletno opremljenu kuhinju sa frižiderom, dva singl kreveta i jedan krevet na razvlačenje i pogodan je za 4 odrasle osobe. Takodje poseduje besplatan Wi-Fi, TV i privatan zaključan parking. Kupatilo je privatno i u potpunosti opremljeno(fen za kosu, čisti peškiri, šampon, kupka)
