The apartment is fully renovated and all the amenities are brand new, so we kindly ask that you treat the space with care. It is a studio layout (one single room) featuring a fold-out double bed. If needed, the sofa can also be set up as an additional, fully comfortable bed. There is also a chill zone where you can read or just unwind with a cup of coffee. Additionally, you will find a spacious kitchen counter that seamlessly transitions into a dining bar or a handy workspace for your laptop. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and cabinets. Please remember to turn on the exhaust fan while showering to prevent moisture from spreading into the living area. Clean towels, bed linen, extra blankets, and basic kitchen essentials (such as coffee, pasta, sugar, salt, creamer, etc.) are, of course, fully provided.

Very close is also the popular Jablonecká dam - use both in summer and winter (bicycle, in-line, swimming, paddleboard, etc.) Train station about 3 min. on foot. There are plenty of great places to see and a great place to start your trip. Grocery store also very close. (5 min) In winter, the nearest ski slope is 15 min by car. Free parking in front of the house. Pets are not a problem.
