The space is great. The Flat is faithful to the ad. Well-equipped, super ventilated, even with air conditioning that I thought I didn't have. Communication with Marta was great and Mrs. Rosa, Marta's mother who received us, is a super friendly lady and she did not miss anything at all. I and my family (5 people) stayed in the second week of August 2022 at Flat do Cândido, which perfectly served us with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and living room with the kitchen with the necessary utensils for a kitchen. The information and photos released reflect the apartment currently. Ancorar has an excellent leisure structure, in addition to 2 bars and convenience stores where we even find beach towels and extra bedding for rent. I recommend the space and if there is an opportunity, we will return to Flat.

The neighborhood is excellent and has a wide variety of restaurants, services and the beach is very good. The staff of the building are very attentive and helpful, as well as the Diogo who showed proactivity and attention throughout the process of the stay. Recife is wonderful and the accommodation contributed to making the experience in the city so cool. The swimming pool in several neighborhood buildings including this one was in "maintenance", coincidentally at a time with a large volume of tourists, such as the carnival. It is worth keeping an eye on this point and aligning expectations before booking.

This is a lovely, modern studio in Boa Viagem. It is ideal for solo travellers and couples. There are local amenities and it is close to the beach. We really liked the rooftop area at the top of the building.

The Studio is exactly like the pictures. Well equipped for everything in everyday life, organized and the hosts were kind and attentive from the time of booking. The point is right next to a grocery store, which is also very positive. There is a construction site next to the building and a school in front, which causes a little noise throughout the day, but other than that, the location is great.

Suely is very attentive and helpful. The apartment, although small, is well designed and divided so that you feel very comfortable! It has everything… coffee, sugar, spices and even shampoo and conditioner the hostess left… My wife used the space to work in Home Office and the internet works very well! The condominium is very clean and well maintained, except for 2 weekends when the elevator to access the penthouse and pool is blocked! Everything else was perfect! I recommend it!! The stay with Mr. Carlos at his Airbnb was great, providential and met my needs: easy access, good choice for transportation. It is a very practical kitnet for one person, with good comfort and quality furniture. Mr. Carlos is very attentive and helpful, he takes care of his place! Note: I loved the Cooktop!
