Absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the swimming pool—clean, well-maintained, and a perfect spot to relax after a long day. The location was great—peaceful but still close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive, helpful, and made sure everything went perfectly. Highly recommend this Airbnb, especially if you’re looking for a place with a great pool and a relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at David’s Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better!

This place was absolutely, clean, homey, had an abundant amount of space, bedrooms and beds for are large family!! There was a bathroom setup with handicapped accessibility with was absolutely perfect for our 71 year old mother!! The backyard has plenty of activities and space to be out all day and comfortable. We meet somewhere every year for a family vacation and this home was hands down the best so far. Thank you Kevin and Julie for welcoming us in your home!!

Sweet Acres was a peaceful getaway spot. The house was clean and inviting. We had everything we needed. Mike and Becky are very responsive and kind. We loved our stay.

Our family loved Patrick & Jordan’s place! The amenities were enjoyable, the porch was peaceful and the beds were so comfortable!! The home was spacious. You can tell that they have put a lot of time and energy into restoring and decorating the home. As hosts, I cannot say enough kind things about Patrick and Jordan. They were gracious and responsive. Thank you for hospitality and we hope to return! Town was a close walk. There is a cute park with playground nearby that my kids enjoyed, as well. Be sure to check out the Monroe Pizzeria (delivers too)!

We had a great stay here! The home is very clean and nice with lots of natural light. The furniture/beds are all very comfy! We had every amenity we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, and the WiFi was super fast. Lucia even had a helpful binder with all the info we needed and even left some snacks and waters for us. Very thoughtful host! It felt so comfortable! The only thing that happened during our stay was that we found that the remote for the ceiling fans were missing. Lucia responded to us about this issue quickly and offered a solution (bringing us a standing fan), but we didn’t really need it. It was nice that even when an issue popped up, she was quick to respond and offered a good solution! That’s all you can ask for from a host! The home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. And we never heard anyone else living in the bottom floor. It was very easy to get to and from Road Atlanta. Lucia made check in and check out super simple and easy.

The perfect, most charming farmhouse with beautiful decor and upgrades. Comfy furnishings and an amazing Master Suite! Cain and Whitney have put their heart into this space to make their guests feel like they’re right at home. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful! You can even go blueberry picking right next door! We rented the home for a family dinner the night before our son and daughter-in-law got married, and this house was the perfect setting! Thank you guys for helping to make our experience so special!

Our family was looking for a nice place to stay near Athens for our oldest daughter's graduation from the University of Georgia and we found Southern Grandeur was open for the long weekend. It was the perfect location for our family which inclmy parents who stayed with us. Located about 20 minutes from Athens, we were able to get in and out of the hustle and bustle of graduation weekend easily with minimal traffic. The house is a beautiful restored home on the National Historic Registry - but it also had modern amenities like a pool and a great air conditioner. Added bonus was the Sonos music system throughout the house. While close to Athens, the town of Commerce was a great place for us to enjoy as well. The 1818 Brewery was about 100 yards from the home as was the full commercial district. We could walk down to Diesel Doughnuts for breakfast and coffee as well as visit the local bike shop, Suburban Cycles. I would definitely stay again if the opportunity comes up!

We stayed here while our house was being repaired after a flooding, we had to extend our stay twice due to repairs not being done on time and the hosts were more than gracious in letting us stay while we needed! They were very responsive & kind! The property itself was great, we had a fence for our dogs and plenty of room for our little family- as well as the house was beautiful. They truly make it feel like home! Would definitely recommend staying at this location or another one of their properties!

It’s like staying with family! You drive down a long, private driveway with horses on either side. You’re welcomed with treats and a personal note which is a lovely touch. Carolyn and Neal were very active with all of our needs, extremely accommodating. We will definitely stay again, the property and home are absolutely beautiful!

Bricey and Brad were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Our group thoroughly enjoy the outdoor fire table. We spent most of our time around the table. The putting green was an added feature that we enjoyed. The outdoor setting of the large stream flowing through the back yard made their place very relaxing. Beds were comfortable and the home was very spacious. Excellent rental property close to Athens.

Great host! Kevin texted our group a few days prior with check in instructions and stayed in touch during our stay. The home is beautiful and in a nice quiet neighborhood if you aren’t wanting to be directly in downtown Athens but also in a great location to get to the restaurants downtown!
