The river is right across the street and so is the walkway the walkway will take you all the way to the other end of town beautiful walk along the river. Richmond‘s café Great place for breakfast. The brewery has igloos to sit in outside just two blocks from the guest house. This house is a hidden gem! Absolutely beautiful inside, every room was comfortable, well-appointed, and filled with details that made us feel like we were in a five star property. The kitchen is fully modern and everything in the house has been redone. Bedrooms are huge! Bathrooms are new and spotless. The linens are upscale, and I really can't think of anything that was not up to expectations. It really was perfect and Joshua's communication and attention to detail were noted and appreciated. We will certainly return!

We loved our stay here! The house is huge and there are so many great amenities that make this an amazing value. We made use of the theater room, game room, hot tub, and the pickleball and basketball court outside. The setting is beautiful and private - surrounded by big trees and right next to a sprawling golf course. The location is good, although I do wish it was slightly closer to the downtown area since we went back and forth a lot and it's about 40 minutes round trip each time. But it was worth it for the privacy of the location and the quietness that it afforded. We loved our visit and would happily return!

My husband loves to fish so he was thrilled to discover how easy it was to grab his gear and head out each morning for a peaceful few hours of fishing just steps from the property. The home itself was clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully decorated with a charming, rustic vibe that fit the setting perfectly. Waking up to the sound of birds and the sight of the sunrise glistening over the water was pure magic. The host was warm, welcoming, and provided clear instructions and had everything labeled, that helped us make the most of our stay. Whether you’re looking to fish, relax by the water, or simply unplug in a serene setting, this place is a true slice of heaven. We’ll definitely be back!
