Jade was always incredibly communicative and her cabin is the perfect getaway spot!

Had a wonderful stay at Bear cabin. We went for a quick getaway to relax and unwind . It was peaceful and the surroundings were beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub, the swings on the front porch as well as a fire in the fire pit . We were lucky enough to have seen two bald eagles nearby at the lake . Would highly recommend and hopefully will be able to return again.

A wonderful weekend getaway! My husband and I stayed at Sophia’s place this past weekend after our wedding and it was exactly what we were hoping for. During our wedding we opted to exchange vows privately, but we didn’t end up reading them to each other until the following day after we had arrived. Who else can say that they exchanged vows while sitting by a cozy fire making s’mores?! Sophia’s home will hold a special place in our hearts. A perfect getaway! My husband and I had such a relaxing time at this beautiful cabin. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, the space was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. Every little detail made it feel like home. Ashleigh was an incredible host, providing helpful information and even checking in to ensure we were enjoying our stay, which we truly appreciated. One of our favorite moments was unwinding in the hot tub, soaking in the peaceful surroundings. During our stay, an afternoon thunderstorm rolled in, and sitting on the screened-in front porch with a cup of coffee, watching the rain, was an unexpectedly serene experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better retreat, and we will definitely be back!

This was the perfect family get away that was still close to so many wonderful attractions. The hots were extremely responsive and helpful!

Super house that fit 13 easily! 2 Chaperones got a king bedroom away from 11 high school students! 1 chaperone out in RV in ample driveway! Arrived to a beautiful sunset on the lake. Amazing waterfront view from living, dining and bedroom. Porch great for dinner feeling like outside but away from rain. Ping pong huge hit! Kids brought Nintendo switch and it was easy to plug in and play in living room. Kids even got out on kayaks and we brought extra. Not bored teens! Great spot to all make dinner together. Bar island was handy to set up taco bar and sandwich bars for do it yourself meals. Powerful heat and cooling systems - make sure to use remotes on wall to adjust. Views from hot tub were great Saw beavers, wood ducks and many birds. This was birder paradise too. On migration route for many species! I am home now and want to go back already!

This home is absolutely beautiful & very comfortable! My family of four really enjoyed our time there, especially sitting by the river in the Bear Bungalow, hiking at nearby Franconia Notch and Crawford Notch State Parks, and taking the Mt Washington cog railway on the first day of the season that it went all the way to the summit. The stars were amazing. We were so busy having fun outside, we ended up not even using the game room in the basement or the TV. Note the early (10am) check out time and that you want to use the Bethlehem rather than the Carroll address if your navigation gives you both. Bethlehem was mentioned in the initial booking but not the message I received right before the trip, and I mistakenly used the Carroll address, which took us to a closed unimproved road. Also, while it certainly didn't affect our visit, we didn't realize until we were sitting by the river that Rt 302 is right on the other side beyond the trees, so you will hear and see some cars. Great stay!

Winter Wonderland Retreat!!! Talia's place was AMAZING!!! We arrived during a snow storm and within a couple of hours the roads and the driveway were all cleared and plowed! The Cabin and trees were all cloaked in snow and it was warm and cozy inside!!! Our two doggos enjoyed exploring the woods and searching for signs of the deer family living nearby. There was a family with young deer and they slept under the pine trees in the back woods. :) They also enjoyed their strolls down the driveway and along the quiet neighborhood roads. :) The night sky was UNBELIEVABLE!!! I did not realize there were so many stars in the night sky!! :) The cabin is very close to Pleasant Mountain, which is a beautiful place to ski! :) The Cabin had everything we needed!! We are looking forward to our next retreat already!! Talia was awesome! She was very helpful and responsive. We loved our stay!! Thank you for everything, Talia!! :)

Our stay at Kara’s place was incredible! Everything was clean. It was easily accessible! I will definitely be back! It was a great location and good escape from life!

We absolutely loved our stay! Plenty of room for 8 guests (and more!!) in a beautiful setting. There was many helpful amenities, like kitchen items, and plenty of towels. The location is perfectly centered to many popular things to do. James was always very responsive to questions left clear instructions. We highly recommend staying here and hope to do so again in the future.

Great place to stay. Private and quiet. Host was very responsive to messages. Very comfortable bed. There were extra pillows, washcloths and towels. Very roomy and comfortable. Large bathroom with warm shower with good water pressure. Drinking water was so good. I would definitely stay again. :)

My wife and I stayed with our two dogs for 8 days at Jennifer’s cabin. We were looking to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city and Jennifer’s cabin helped us accomplish just that. The cabin is in a very private location with no neighbors in a peaceful setting. The cabin had plenty of space for our dogs to lounge around and play in the yard. The river is just steps from the front of the house. Every morning it was nice to get up and have coffee on the deck while listening to the river and then walk to the trails nearby to hike with our dogs. We would definitely stay here again. 10 out of 10!

This beautiful A-Frame was a perfect weekend getaway. My girlfriend and I spent the weekend here and it was in a great location with perfect accommodations for two people. The place was clean with great amenities (grill, fireplace, etc.) Will definitely be hoping to return in the future / am eager to recommend this property to anyone.

Super cute area, definitely an authentic rural Vermont stay. Made us feel right at home in the nature. Outhouse made for an interesting new experience, but overall great get away.

So grateful to Josh and Megan for sharing their beautiful home with me. It was simple but had everything you needed, and the bunk house is bonus for those who need the extra space. I really enjoyed having the screened in porch, and that is where I spent most of my time. I loved hearing the sounds of nature, all while staying safe from the bugs! Only downfall was the construction right next door, but that’s completely out of the hosts control. I also loved that the White Mountains were about an hour- hour and a half out, it made a perfect and serene route for travel

Awesome, cozy home base for all your White Mountain adventures! Property has multiple fire-pits, a grill, gas fireplace, and plenty of TVs and an Xbox. The cabin was a great, relaxing place for our two families to stay at! Note that sound travels easily through the floors, but this is common in rustic cabins. Kendra is an excellent host...always available and friendly! We highly recommend, and would definitely stay again!

An absolute gem if you want to reconnect with family/nature, relax and unplugg. It was so peaceful and tranquil. my 5 year old son loved being in the loft stargazing at night. we would be sitting in the deck by the firepit for smores and some snacks every night. Truly, one of our best family trips. Kendra is also very responsive.

We fell in love with this cabin! It is even better than the photos, immaculately clean, totally private, and stocked with all of the necessities. This was the perfect weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary and we hope to stay here again ASAP. Michele is a wonderful host!

Kevin was the most responsive host! he'd message me back in minutes! We stayed 1 night (June 11th). I let him know about my sensitivity to fragrances and he assured me that the linen is sent out; they don't use scented detergent or plugins. I asked if we could check in early and he said as soon as the room was ready they would text me - super convenient. Everything was VERY CLEAN. ☆ IMPORTANT TO KNOW IF TRAVELING WITH YOUNG CHILDREN ☆the room we stayed in 16 and 17: 1.) the bath tub drain did not allow for bath filling. My son is 3 and will not shower, he only likes baths. so if you have a toddler like mine, or even younger its something to keep in mind. We only stayed 1 night so after the pool we did a sponge bath. BTW the tub and shower curtain were the cleanest I've ever seen! thank you for that! 2.) there was a small ant trap near the bed in one of the rooms. not a big deal for us because my son isn't crawling on the ground anymore and doesn't put things in his mouth.

This was a very nice place to stay at if you are looking for a nice cabin stay. All the appliances worked well. A bit chilly up stairs but if you had the heater on it works well!
