Luxury 1 bedroom condo in the best location!

This beautifully appointed condo is the perfect place to stay in Tyler. Our wonderful Oak Hollow/Hollytree location is on a neighborhood pond and has the Legacy walking trail right out your back door with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Upscale finishes make this condo feel like home! A large Master bedroom has a King sized bed with a lovely sitting area that can also sleep two more! Complete with full sized washer/dryer, excellent internet, back patio grill and courtyard!

This is a great place for two couples or a couple with two kids to stay and visit the area. We are just 25 miles from Canton First Monday. There are two bedrooms and two baths with a kitchen. Great patio overlooking a beautiful view. It is a great place to sit and have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. You can hear birds sing or watch an occasional deer stroll by. Beautiful Lake Athens is just around the corner and The Boathouse Restaurant. We are near The Texas Freshwater Fishery.

This is an upstairs unit with two bedrooms and two baths. It has a kitchen with a small island. There is a living area with a large balcony overlooking large trees. You feel like you are in a tree house. It is a great place to have morning coffee or a glass of wine in evening. We sometimes have deer pass through. It is just around the corner from beautiful Lake Athens and only 4 miles to Athens.
