The old mill tower is located in a quiet single-family home settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 square meters) with old wooden beams there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, living area with sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a pond. There is a children's playground directly across the street. Guest Wi-Fi available!

Design apartment right in the center of Wilhelmshaven

The apartment is centrally located in Wilhelmshaven's Bahnhofsviertel. The main train station with an adjacent shopping arcade and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Due to the central location, the immediate area around the train station is rather urban and visually not necessarily the most beautiful part of Wilhelmshaven, but the location is really convenient as a starting point. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator, but there is a private parking space right outside the front door.

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

Dear Vacationers, i rent a lovingly furnished 50 sqm apartment for up to 2 adults + 2 children + 1 -2 dogs in a romantic Wurtendorf on the North Sea. Our village is a small circular village with 15 houses and is nestled between meadows and fields. Your dog is also a welcome guest at my place and has enough space to let off steam. The garden belonging to the apartment is completely fenced up.
