The apartment (68 square meters) is located on the outskirts of Oldenburg and has a sauna (coin machine), modern kitchen, Wi-Fi, smart TV, Blu-ray player. It is located on the upper floor of a detached house and can be reached via the external staircase (private access). The washing machine is in the private bathroom. Sleeping accommodations are located in the spacious bedroom (double bed, space for a children's travel bed), passage room (extra bed) and in the living/bedroom (sofa bed, 2 people).

Die salzige Luft der Nordsee, Pferdeweiden und Felder, der Nationalpark Wattenmeer in der Nähe und viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (Moorwald, Jader Park, verträumte kleine Häfen, Meerwasserquellbad im Nordseebad Dangast, das schwimmende Moor...). Wir leben naturnah, unsere beiden (sehr lieben) Hunde und Hühner spazieren durch den Garten, Vogelgesang ist allgegenwärtig. Wer Ruhe sucht, wird sie hier finden!

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. The beautifully furnished small apartment is ideal for two adults with or without a child. In addition to the fully equipped apartment, the small playground right outside the front door, the natural pond, the sauna and the fire pit can be used. Each by appointment. The old half-timbered farmhouse with outbuildings is surrounded by a park-like property with forest. Sauna fee of €10.00 is to be paid on site.

We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! The apartment contains two bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchenette and a terrace. In the room with the infrared cabin, a baby or air bed could also be set up. The detached, thatched, approx. 200 m² farmhouse with a natural, park-like garden offers plenty of space for people. It has 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, a 75 m² living/dining room with a cozy fireplace and a 70 m² hallway with a ping pong table, so that even in bad weather there is no boredom. A sauna is also available. The Weser beach is only 3 km away. Up to 2 pets are welcome (€25/week). Non-smoking house.
