Apartment holiday rentals in Jaffa, Tel Aviv-Yafo

This is by far the best apartment I stayed in TLV in the past 15 years. Great location, nice building and modern apartment. Has mamad (one of the bedrooms with a comfortable bed). All amenities are modern and nice. Nice small touches like beach towels and liquids for the washing machine. The hosts were frequently in touch checking if I needed anything and if everything was ok (I was staying during the missiles). Would love to stay again!

Stunning location in the heart of everything! Great coffee-shops,wine bars & restaurants. The best of Tel Aviv, amazing rooftop deck & so quiet at night, perfection! Would come back for sure.

Victoria’s place was great for our purposes. Near main roads so easy to get around with a car. The apartment was big and had all the amenities. Air conditioning in every room. We would return!

Appartement agreable, propre , bonne comunication avec l'hote, environnement parfois bruyant (fin de semaine) mais agreable dans l'ensemble . Bienque sans parking mais facile a trouver un stationnement meme a 100m (parking du restaurant le veil homme et la mer), bon restaurant a essayer au moins un fois. une petite chatte tres caline vient vous dire bonjour par le balcon matin et soir... Bref un bon sejour a Jaffa au milieu des vrais gens... les plages de Tel aviv sont accessible a pied pour les plus courageux et en voiture pour les autres ...

הדירה מהממת!!! מיקום סופר נוח ומרכזי, הגענו עם רכב וחנינו בחניון צמוד לבניין במחיר ממש סימלי. קרוב מאוד לכל מקום. הדירה נקייה ומאוד יפה! היינו 4 אורחים והיה לנו מספיק מקום לכולם. כשנגיע לתל אביב פעם הבא בכיף לסגור את אותה דירה. ממצילה מחום!!! 🌹💛

Exceeded my expectations! Everything in the apartment worked great! Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Beautiful apartment with lots of light. Amazing stay and area was wonderful and convenient to everything! I’d stay here again and again!

In May 2025, I rented this apartment for my sister and her family — four people. Everything was beyond expectations. I travel a lot and always find something to comment on, but here everything was perfect. The location is amazing — right in the heart of old Jaffa, near shops, the tram, the flea market, the beach, and the promenade. Bars and restaurants with live music are just a short walk away. The apartment is cozy and beautifully designed: a living room with a fully equipped kitchen opens to a flower-filled balcony with a sea view. There are two bedrooms (one a secure room), two bathrooms, a washing machine and dryer, and even underground parking — a big bonus in Tel Aviv. And the host, Elad, is exceptionally kind and responsive. Every request was answered promptly. Highly recommended! Anna . Israel

Super well located place with incredible view of the sea. A great jumping off point for Yafo and the entire tel aviv city, especially the beach. I took advantage of the light rail close by as well. The apartment is perfectly equipped, comfy and stylish. Yoad is super kind and made me feel really welcome in his place. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed living in Jaffa. It was so convenient. The appartment is well situated in the beachfront of Jaffa, close to resturant’s and easy walk to the waterfront area and Tel Avivi areas. The complex has a sea water pool with loungers and a clean gym, which we used. The apartment has all the amenities one needs to be extremely comfortable. The balcony hosted an outdoor table and chairs to watch the Israeli sun sets. We will be back. We highly recommend this appartment when visiting Israel.

I had an amazing stay in Jaffa! The apartment was beautiful and incredibly comfortable — I immediately felt at home. It was quiet at night, and I slept really well. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed, and the bathroom was spotless. Julia was a fantastic host — very friendly, helpful, and gave me great tips on what to do in the area. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the flea market, the old town, and the light rail. I’d definitely love to stay here again!

This was a perfect location to the beach and great restaurants. The outdoor space surpassed our expectations and we could reach out to our host for a quick response. We will definitely be back!

Great location with access to all parts of Tel Aviv and cross the street from the beach.

The apartment is huge – each of us had our own bathroom and shower, and there was a large, fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. The facilities in the complex are really nice. We enjoyed the indoor pool, though the outdoor pool was a bit cold, and we also took a lovely walk along the promenade. Lionel is an amazing host – caring, thoughtful, and responsive to every question or request we had. He truly went above and beyond our expectations! Would you like a shorter version or something more casual?

The unit was exactly as shown in the pictures. We loved the location. Being located inside a hotel was a huge plus since the security as well as services were a big plus. Elad was very much willing to please and truly appreciated our being in Israel during these difficult times. His concern for our happiness was sincere and welcome. I would recommend a stay at this property.

This was my second stay in this apartment. It’s lovely and peaceful and extremely well-located. Quick and easy access to restaurants, shops, Rothschild Boulevard, Tayelet and beaches, Carmel Market, etc. Perfect for someone visiting for a week or two. I’ve stayed there in both summer and winter and it suited me very well. The owner, Moshe, is a nice man, and accommodating.
