Devi is an incredible host. Friendly, responsive and very helpful. The location is in a residential area but easily walkable to convenience stores, restaurants and 3 malls. The airbnb is in a homestay so you'll be sharing a building with other tenants but everyone keeps to themselves. If you're lucky you can meet some friendly neighbors and and become friends. The unit itself is perfect for 1 person but suitable for 2 since there is an extra bed you can utilize. There is a shared kitchen and laundry area so those needs can be taken care of. If you're looking to be close to central Jakarta and all of the sites it may be considered a bit far since it's not along an MRT line and the nearest bus station is still 12-15 minute walk. Grab drivers have no issue finding this place so that's a plus. I would stay here again in the future! Thanks, Devi!

Wir verbrachten die ersten 2 Wochen unseres insgesamt einjährigen Jakarta-Aufenthaltes bei Sita, und haben uns bei ihr in dieser Phase des Ankommens sehr willkommen und zuhause gefühlt. Sita war um täglichen persönlichen Kontakt bemüht und auch sonst bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Sie ist eine sehr hilfsbereite Person, die sich in vielen Bereichen gut auskennt und auf all unsere Fragen bezüglich des täglichen Überlebens in dieser riesigen Stadt Antworten gefunden hat! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und gemütlich - eine kleine grüne Oase mitten in der Stadt! Der schöne Garten entschädigt für den hörbaren Straßenverkehr - (dem kann man allerdings in Jakarta sowieso kaum entkommen;). Es gab täglich wechselnde Frühstücksvariationen, und der heiße Tee stand morgens immer bereit. Terima kasih banyak :)

The view behind the villa is so mesmerising especially when we stayed in the main bedroom with the ensuite bathroom. I woke up to see the mountainous area with its cloudy clear sky. My favourite spot was the balcony that connects both villas, where it's windy the most in this premises yet offers great view from the heights. In the afternoon, the misty surrounding added another beautiful view during our stay. The host was friendly and her dog was really cute. The premise also clean and well-maintained. Our overall stay was refreshing and relaxing. Definitely will revisit. Thank you Michelle!

I had a fantastic 5-day stay at this place, and I’m thrilled to share my experience. The room was spotless, the surroundings were peaceful, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was definitely worth the price. Ryan was so generous that I was allowed to check in early! To make your stay in Kost Betuah even easier, Ryan also provided a rental motorcycle. Just a friendly reminder to make sure you have a valid driving license when you travel to Jakarta. Have a wonderful time!

Great place for transit. She provides shampoo and soap, also blanket.. feels like home.. no need to worry for seeking food, because she also provide restaurant, and nearby food place.. very recommended 👍🏻

It was great, looked exactly like the photos. The wifi was spotty at times on the phone and laptop, but everything about the stay was accurate. Very nice hosts, super communicative.
