Finished in 2021, our house is ideal for a quiet, relaxing escape in a natural setting that balances comfort with simplicity. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the archipelago and take in the views of a the harbor and traditional red boathouses.

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Welcome to this unique upstairs apartment with a central location (3 km to the city center) with beach plot. The apartment, which has its own entrance, offers comfortable and spacious spaces indoors, with bathrooms and kitchens equipped for your needs. The terrace will be your own private oasis with lake views, where you can enjoy peace and relaxation in summer. It is possible to book our outdoor sauna for an extra special experience with a refreshing bath/winter bath.

Welcome to our beautiful cabin. It used to be an old grain barn but is now refurbished into a stylish guesthouse. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a table and a sofa, and a small toilet. Upstairs you find a king size bed and a bedsofa. Next to the house there is a sauna with shower. Use of the sauna has to be agreed on with us beforehand. On the outside there are two furnished patios and a glazed-in lounge. The house is in the same yard as our family home.

Suitable for use all around the year (electrical floor heating and A/C). The hosts are availible most of the time, and speak English, Swedish and Finnish.
