This place was exactly what we needed for one night! Surrounded by a lot of food options and places to explore. Thank you for the comfort!

Our experience at Ana's place was great. This place is situated in a calm neighborhood in Colonia Americana. It is conveniently located near many coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Now, getting to the place was not too difficult, but you do have to pay attention to the address, or else you will pass it, as the address is not too noticeable. One tip I give to future guests is to check in at reception before entering the parking garage, so you can secure your space if you have a car. Parking is also very tight in the garage, but the plus is that this place has a safe space to park your car. Now, the place itself is excellent. It's just as shown in the picture. Very modern, cozy, and comfortable. The Host is also amazing, and she is very communicative. During our stay, we did have one minor hiccup with the AC as it did not function well during our stay, however, the Host was very attentive and looked into this for us right away. Overall, we had a great experience.

Everything was perfect, always attentive and responded very quickly, the place was definitely spectacular for a very pleasant stay! A plus that they have chairs and a beach umbrella, they were of great help to us! I would definitely go back and recommend it without a second thought. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What an incredible place! Simply the best views we have ever experienced in any hotel or Airbnb ever. Decor, furniture, TVs, kitchen all top notch. Communication before during and after check was excellent. Rooftop pool and swim up bar was stunning. Great bartenders and drinks. Location an easy 3 min walk down to a secluded beach which is just minutes from the bustling main beach of PV. Area was quiet, only the noise of the sea at night. Unforgettable stay!

Good location, and exactly as described online. The weather in Guadalajara has been extremely hot when I was there, and the AC wasn’t enough. Again, this was an extreme case. I didn’t take advantage of their pool or gym, which I’m sure would have helped with the heat. I cannot say enough good things about Saida, as she was responsive and accessible the entire time.

We had an amazing stay! Carlos provided great instructions on how to access the apartment. The apartment itself is beautiful and close to some really nice restaurants.

What a beautiful, ideal and peaceful location for a spectacular ocean front getaway! Mar's location is one of (if not best) ocean side views we have been witnessed to. The balcony itself had 180+ degree unobstructed views. Access to his private beach was ideal. Other beaches with great beach clubs and restaurants were only minutes away by beach walks. Mar's helpful recommendations and easy going style, made us feel right at home. There couldn't be a better location and host in this area you could ask for... Definitely a jewel in our vacation beach memories to enjoy for times to come...

Patricia place is amazing. Very clean and quiet. Cold AC and a balcony to view the surroundings. Pools are beautiful and refreshing and restaurants are all in walking distance. Would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent accommodation very spacious and comfortable ideal for long-term stays and very accessible for short term had a microwave and electric oven, very large terrace with an excellent view of the sea, very spacious dining room on the terrace and the Bolongo development is very comfortable and very familiar

The only thing that scared me a little was that the welcome message included a detailed list of fines for damages. I always take great care of the place where I stay, and this time I was even more careful!

The person who was in contact with us was very kind. The girl who cleans the apartment leaves it impeccable. It is worth paying for cleaning if you go for many days. The lobby staff leaves a lot to be desired, but other than that, the stay was very pleasant, the pool, everything. We had a great time and felt very safe. My children and we were happy and of course we would return.

roof top pool/patio was a great place to watch the sunset. But more than that, this property is very well managed. digital checkin book was perfect and comprehensive. would come back.

Caroline’s apartment is stunning. The views are beautiful of the marina, the kitchen is well appointed and the design of the unit is beautiful. She was very very communicative and helpful. I would highly recommend this unit! The roof top pool is also stunning!

The condo itself is beautifully updated, featuring high-end finishes and stylish decor. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the city and ocean. A special shoutout to Matias, the concierge, who was incredibly friendly and provided an excellent recommendation for dinner on our first night. His local insights made our trip even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a modern, well-located, and comfortable place to stay in PV, this is it! We’ll definitely be back.
