Super logement pour un séjour à New-York ! Très bien situé (lignes de bus 166, 165 ou 128 à proximité, directes et qui offrent en plus une vue splendide sur Manhattan). Les équipements du logement sont d'excellente qualité. La propreté est top. Le quartier est sympa et propose tout le nécessaire pour se restaurer ou faire quelques courses. Sal est un hôte très réactif et prêt à proposer une solution à vos demandes. Franchement, que du positif pour un bon séjour !

This was the perfect place to stay for my trip. Awesome vibe at night in the hot tub with all the lights on, and very cozy and clean inside as well. Super detailed instructions on how to get there, get inside etc. Very responsive host 👍I had a great time. Lots of good places to eat in this area, too. 10/10 would definitely come back in the future.

This amazing apartment screams VIEW and LOCATION! The apartment has sweeping views of Central Park with beautiful sunrises for you to enjoy. It is located within JW Marriott Essex House with a common entry and exit from the hotel. Breakfast and meals are available at the Marriott on paid-basis. It is located at the south entrance of Central Park, its a 1 minute walk to 5th Avenue and a 5 min walk to Times Square. Everything that you may possibly need in New York is located around you. The apartment is on the 32nd floor and is well equipped with essentials. The host along with his property manager, Luke, communicated very well and made our stay comfortable. We will definitely return to this apartment for our next day in NYC !!

My sister, my neice and nephew were all very happy with the Air B n B. It was truly like a home from home, it was clean and tidy and had all the immenities necessary for our stay. Kevin was very friendly and helpful. I shall be returning to NYC next year and plan on staying at Kevin's great Air B n B spot, subject to availability, as it's very popular. Tee's place was a great deal and convenient stay for those willing to commute a bit to get into the city. Compared to the outrageous prices for this many people and a long stay anywhere else, as well as the convenient LIRR access, it was a steal! While our trip unfortunately was quite rainy, we had an easy time taking a quick rideshare to the station; the days it wasn't, it was a pleasant 15-20 minute walk. The park across the street from the AirBnB was a beautiful treat to enjoy on sunny days in the morning and evening. It is a beautiful community to enjoy. Things that were challenging, as others have mentioned, are the frequent air traffic noise from JFK (Tee provides earplugs) as well as two of the rooms having double beds. We should have noted that more carefully ourselves, but 6 adults in the space does feel like a stretch given the 2 double beds. There were also minimal supplies like toilet paper, paper towel, and garbage bags, but we were provided more toilet paper when asked.

Check-in was smooth, and everything we could possibly need was available. A perfect blend of comfort and class—highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

A unique architectural home built 1955 that’s set on 2 plus acres surrounded by mature hardwoods. Set in a lovely neighborhood. Lots of interesting Art and Literature available to enjoy.I had wanted to stay on several visits but this location wasn’t available. I lucked out for 3 nights and so glad I had the opportunity to. I will definitely book again. Gloria was a responsive host. Instructions were clear and detailed. Lots of closet space in the 3 bedrooms and plenty space, multiple sitting areas. Thank you Gloria.

Holly was a great host! The place was exactly as described. Very close to the park, it was nice to take a stroll around the area. Although, there were people living upstairs and you hear them very well, the place was very quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommend this place to others!

Davit’s place was perfect for my stay. Quiet, big, clean space with parking. There was even a washer and dryer (I spilled something on myself). I will be back if I’m in the neighborhood again.

I really recommend this place, if you’re looking for a nice peaceful and quiet place out of the city. The airbnb looked and was exactly like how it’s described and was very nice for me and my girlfriend. The host was really nice and made the airbnb really easily accessible for us. There is a 7/11 that is really close (walking distance) which is really convenient. I have no complaints whatsoever and I wanna thank Madinat for being an amazing host !

Ben was very friendly, and the host provided everything we needed for a great and comfortable stay. The kitchen was clean and had all the utensils we needed. I will recommend this place

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the path in 5 min to connect to the NYC subways. On the walk, you pass multiple cafes and coffee shops. Great craft beer and wine shop on the corner. Pizza shop, Basile’s, right next to the PATH is perfect for a late night snack. The beds were comfortable, and even though there was some street noise heard at night, a sound machine was provided to help lull you to sleep. The only thing you have to be aware of is the unit is located on the 2nd floor, and you have to go up a narrow set of stairs which can be hard with multiple suitcases. Other than that, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with everything within walking distance!

We had a great time in the apartment, it was clean and everything we needed was there. Just like in the description. Comfortable bed and couch, great appliances, nice bathroom and everything was in good condition. Really close to public transportation and many restaurants. The ac was great after a hot and busy das in the city, it felt like coming home every evening. Thanks!

This Airbnb was perfect for our needs! It was clean, comfortable, and close to public transit. AJ was easy to get a hold of and he even brought us chargers twice. It's in a beautiful neighborhood, too. There are lots of options to eat around the place.

The view of the NYC skyline was exactly as promised in the pictures. Host was super responsive. The place was within walking distance to bus and ferry to NYC.

Great host, amazing location, and quite cute neighborhood incredibly close to the PATH! Hoboken was great and getting into Manhattan was incredibly convenient. The Airbnb was spotless and the couch was already made for my dad. Roomy, homey, and a great stay. Loved this place!! If I ever need an Airbnb in Hoboken I will look to rebook this place

I stayed here with my mom and I must say that upon our arrival it was effortless to find the designated parking spot and the apartment. The instructions with pictures were very helpful and the host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any of my questions. We found the apartment very clean and it just felt right at home for us. Super comfortable couch and beds too. 10/10 would come back if I am in that area again. Thank you Trish!
