Beachfront holiday rental in Jambiani

Ik verbleef er met twee vriendinnen. De ontvangst was heel goed geregeld, Jo is een geweldige gastvrouw, die altijd voor ons klaar stond. Ook heel fijn dat er al van alles aanwezig was zoals kruiden, olie etc. Maar het aller allermooiste was toch echt de locatie. Niet normaal mooi, loved it!! Huisje was ook heel knus en gezellig en schoon! Ik raad het iedereen aan

All hotel staff always very helpful, friendly, and professional. They were able to solve all our wishes and requirements quickly and willingly. Even cooking delicious meals. The accommodation has a great location, and a wonderful view of the ocean.

As our first time traveling abroad, we felt right at home at The Zanzibar Beach House (which made saying goodbye so hard.) We were blown away with the views, the amazing self-catering unit to cook our own foods (to stay within our budget) and the help we received from the hosts were great! We will miss this piece of paradise 🏝 and we only wish for everyone else planning their trip to Zanzibar to take our advise and book the stay at the unique Zanzibar Beach House! We hope to be back soon! 🇹🇿

Nakudenda House is a nice, spacious house in the heart of Jambiani village. The beach is just a stone's throw away. Lots of nice restaurants around. The house offers comfortable, large bedrooms. It's nicely decorated and has all you need to enjoy wonderful Jambiani. Eta and Romain are very nice hosts, very proactive and try to solve any problems as quickly as possible. Communicating with them was very easy and they go out of their way to make your stay a nice one.

The house is big, well built and located in a very peaceful, quiet place, not far away from the ocean. The house was good enough equipped and with the 24/7 watchmen who also took care of the swimming pool being cleaned. Raphael was in touched and resolved a couple of issues we got while staying there. All together gives me a strong reason to recommend this house for a stay of either single traveller or a family of 4 members maximum.

We enjoyed our stay at Malcom's place. Written directions are not advisable - he had someone meet us at a well known place to direct us to the house (it's tucked deep into a neighborhood). The (saltwater) pool and the hut overlooking the beach was great! There was a caretaker on the premises who took excellent care of us! Note: very few food shopping/restaurants in the near vicinity.

The place is as described and shown in the pictures. The beautiful white beach is a few seconds walk. The caretakers of the house including the chef and the guard were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Magical Stay in Makunduchi This cliffside bungalow was an absolute dream. Waking up to ocean views, falling asleep to the sound of waves, and watching the most stunning sunsets every evening, it was everything I hoped for and more. Amina and her daughter Adeline were incredible hosts. So kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful with everything. I felt completely at home. If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful escape in Zanzibar with heartfelt hospitality, this is the place. Can’t wait to come back.

This was def one of the best airbnb that i have stayed and what made it best was tashina’s help throughout of my whole stay! She is a host that everyone needs! I def recommend her lovely airbnb and best believe you will feel so welcomed here because everyone that works there will do their best to feel like you are home. Cant thank enough to Hijra for also helping me with a few things. I already miss there!

OUTSTANDING. We have been living in Tanzania for 3 months in Dar Es Salaam before coming to Paje Beach Apartments, so we are already acclimated to the country. This place far exceeded our expectations on every level. Lynette at the front desk and the entire staff made this place the most amazing place to stay ever. Seriously. Tanzania can be hit and miss when it comes to AirBnB accommodations, but this place stands out in every single category, especially cleanliness and overall value. I would , however, encourage you to walk the beach to look for food options after eating at Abel's place because the food gets even better as you begin to explore the beachfront. This is one of the few places in Tanzania where I would say the pictures don't even do it justice. It's more beautiful in person. They have only like 6 apartments and then a few single rooms, so the entire place is not that big and you get very personal treatment, at least we did. And the STAFF are AMAZING. So super responsive. Very warm and friendly. Our 5 year old made so many friends with the staff here and they are very professional. Can't say enough good things about it. We will be back.

We stayed six nights and had a wonderful time. The place is quiet, it’s like a little oasis. Raluca and Lee are very good hosts! The breakfast that we enjoyed every morning was by far the best we had and also the curry was absolutely delicious. We can definitely recommend staying with them.

Thomas war so liebevoll, nett und immer erreichbar. Saleh als Housekeeper ebenso und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist jedem zu empfehlen. Ein ausreichender Pool, Küche mit allem was man braucht und zu Fuß erreichbaren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Großes Lob und wir kommen gerne wieder ❤️ Lieber Thomas, danke für alles

Wir (2 Erwachsende und 2 Kinder) waren im April für eine Woche in der CoCo Rise Villa und haben dort eine traumhaft schöne Zeit genossen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den hervorragenden Kochservice zum Frühstück und zum Abendessen, wir denken gerne an die Zeit zurück und freuen uns alle wiederzusehen. Der Service im und rund ums Haus ist grossartig. Auch die über unsere Kontaktpersonen gebuchten Taxifahrer und der Kapitän, der mit uns auf den Ozean gefahren ist - wir waren tatsächlich mit Delphinen schwimmen - waren wunderbar, alles hat wie verabredet funktioniert und es war reibungslos! Es war ein Urlaub, der den Namen Traumurlaub verdient hat und der unsere Erwartungen übererfüllt hat. Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder und freuen uns auf die freundlichen Menschen in Zanzibar, an die wir immer gerne zurückdenken! Tausend Dank an euch alle!

This AirBnB is located within Villa de Coco in Jambiani. It was the perfect place for my family and I and we are already looking at dates for when we can return. We couldn't have asked for a better experience on Zanzibar!

Im Januar besuchten wir Zanzibar (ich zum 4. Mal und hatte zuvor in diversen schönen Unterkünften gewohnt). Die Airborne Kite- und Surfvilla ist ein echtes Juwel in einem wunderschönen Garten/kleinem Dschungel gelegen. Wir fühlten uns gleich herzlich willkommen und auch wie zu Hause. Alles,was wir zum Kochen benötigten,war vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es reichlich und der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Team von Jan war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir auf der Terrasse saßen,hatten wir oft das Gefühl,wir befinden uns im Zoo.Da gibt es 4 verschmuste Katzen,die uns täglich besuchten (manchmal wollten sich auch 2 weitere dazugesellen😊),ein Perlhuhn,eine Maus (die es immer wieder schaffte,den Katzen zu entkommen),eine Echse (die sich zur Mittagszeit gerne auf den Steinen sonnte),Bushbabys (die wir leider nur hörten),verschiedene Vogelarten,Zikaden….u.v.m.. Wir haben uns wunderbar erholt und die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Von uns 10 ⭐️ 👍 Anna u. Ines

Amazing beachfront apartment with beautiful views, AC and wifi! Andre and Jordana’s home is right on the beach so we enjoyed sunrise walks and the sounds of the ocean waves at night. The apartment is really comfortable and has hot water for the shower! We felt at home and taken care of during the week that we spent here. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Jambiani, für uns der wunderschönste Strand auf Zanzibar. Direkter Meerblick, saubere Unterkunft mit täglicher Reinigung. Leckeres Frühstück mit tropischen Früchten. Antonio ist sehr nett und hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert, Tipps gegeben und war immer für uns ansprechbar. Eine klare Empfehlung von Antonio und jetzt auch uns ist der Taxifahrer Mustafa, er ist zuverlässig, pünktlich und fährt sicher. Wir haben zwei Schnorchelausflüge mit Captain Haji gemacht, auch sehr nett und zuverlässig. Es gibt genügend Restaurants in der Gegend. Zanzibar ist sehr sicher und es gibt kein Malaria auf der Insel!

Logement très mignon, bien placé dans le village pour profiter de la vie locale, a 1min à pied de la plage. Hôte très sympa et aux petits soins, je recommande!

Séjour très agréable, maison confortable, grandes chambres avec ventilateur et climatisation pour l'une d'elles, super terrasse abritée et beau jardin Présence rassurante du gardien pour 2 femmes seules, communication pas toujours facile mais possible de passer par l'hôte qui est très réactif Surprises par la première coupure d'électricité aléatoire du quartier, mais ensuite on s'habitue et cela fait partie de la vie locale et on s'adapte Réelle proximité de la plage et des bars restaurant du village Magnifique plages et lagon, petit village sympathique avec une population accueillante Taxis disponibles pour excursions et courses si besoin Nous sommes ravies de notre séjour chez Waziri et prêtes à y revenir dès que possible !

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Das Wasser hat beim Duschen und bei der Toilette gut funktioniert. In der Küche kann man super kochen. Der Gaskocher hat Platz für 2 Töpfe, was optimal für selbstgemachte Gerichte ist. Im Garten oder Wohnzimmer kann man entspannen und zusammen Spiele spielen. Das Meer ist aber auch in der Nähe, wenn man mal baden gehen möchte oder schnorcheln oder tauchen oder kitesurfen,... . Kleine Geschäfte, wo man eigentlich alles bekommt, was man braucht, sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Wenn man sonst etwas braucht, dann ist Caro jederzeit erreichbar und hilft einem sofort damit.
