Direct access to the Paris-London greenway (Chaussy – Gisors section) and the Epte (1st category river) for your walks, bike and kayak rides. Property without neighbors, without any noise. In the Val d'Oise, 10 minutes from Magny-en-Vexin (A15 highway), 10 minutes from the Villarceaux Golf Course and 20 minutes from the Impressionism Museum (Claude Monet Foundation – Giverny).

We rent the main part of our family home during the holidays. It is completely renovated with a large garden and a large terrace. Fully equipped, ideal with kids. One hour from Paris and one hour from Rouen. The house is separated in two. My husband will work in the other part, the door that gives access to this side of the house will be closed. This 13th century stone house welcomes you with its terrace directly overlooking the woods, without a fence, in a relaxing atmosphere. On the ground floor, the large 50 m2 living room with equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. Upstairs is a large master suite: large bedroom with views of the park, a bathroom with views of the woods and a relaxing library desk.

Located in a peaceful environment, our charming little detached house, completely renovated (2023), is the ideal place for lovers of tranquility and comfort. It is located in a residential area, called Little Deauville because of the beautiful villas that line the street. Paris is accessible by train in 35 minutes (with a train station just a 2-minute walk away), offering convenient and quick access to Parisian cultural life. And breakfast is on us!

This is a large studio comprising in the same room a large double bed (160 wide), a sofa bed (140 wide) and a 1 person bench (90 cm wide). The accommodation is located less than a 5-minute walk from the center with all the shops and a 12-minute walk from the train station. It is on the 1st floor in a house located in a large courtyard closed by a large gate. In front of this house in the yard is another house occupied by our family.

Detached house, consisting of a living room with American kitchen, toilet on the ground floor, and 2 bedrooms (double bed, shower and sink in each bedroom). We can accommodate 1 to 4 people from the same family. Private covered terrace. Enjoy long walks, then relax in the SPA (heated all year round).
