Holiday rentals with an EV charger in James City County

Highly recommend Lugina as a Powhatan host. Her listing was as described (and she asked them to assign a top floor unit for us at my request, meaning the twin beds were a queen instead, so 3 beds instead of 4 but that was fine for us) and she was always responsive. These units are consistently clean and fairly quiet - this one backed to a pond which was nice, and it was an end unit. We had noisy neighbors across the street but that is just the roll of the dice, and we weren't there very much anyway. We used the pools and hot tub and they were great. No complaints!

My adult son said this was the best airbnb pick I'd made over the years! We rested AND had fun switching between pickleball, basketball, putting and kayaking. Kitchen was the perfect size and had all the basics for cooking a full meal. Beds were comfortable, roomy and every room had great views of the water and property. We loved everything about our stay

It was nice and very clean. We loved the space, especially the master bedroom shower. We will 100% book again.

First time visiting Williamsburg and this was the ideal location to stay at. Very private with enough space to hang out with everyone you taveled with or just hang out on your own. Very clean and well furnished. We lacked nothing on this trip and we will definitely be staying here again!

The Loft would be a place I could my self see living in with a Cpl minor updates. It was such a comfortable place and very much to central to everything we needed it for.

We came to the area for my son's wedding at a nearby venue. We had a mix of adults & young kids. Plenty of space for all of us. The kids loved the bunk room. Lots of kid's activities inside & outside of the house. The view from the back of the house is very peaceful. Ruby is a good communicator, responsive to questions. Everything was as she described. Our family enjoyed the stay, thanks!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lakefront Airbnb! The house was incredibly spacious and comfortably fit our group of 10, with plenty of room to relax and hang out together. Amy was fantastic—very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. Their attention to detail and quick communication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for a relaxing, scenic retreat.

After looking into many places I went with Joe’s place solely based on the fact he was willing to work with us meeting our new grandbaby and our other children joining intermittently! Bayhamas was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the peace. Indoors was comfy and backyard and beach were great for us and our dogs. So happy to find such a gem especially one that accepts dogs. Will definitely book again soon!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this peaceful waterfront home! The views were stunning waking up each morning to the water right outside was truly magical. The huge backyard was perfect for our dogs to run and play freely, and our whole family felt right at home. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was incredibly relaxing, and you could feel the stress melt away as soon as you arrived. The hosts were extremely flexible and welcoming, which made the experience even better. They clearly care about making sure guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. This place was everything we hoped for and more; quiet, beautiful, and perfect for both people and pets. We can’t wait to come back!

What a wonderful cottage getaway weekend! The kitchen was beautiful with little welcoming touches like K-cups with coffee and tea. The house was spacious and the outdoor area was so peaceful. Main street Smithfield was about a 10-15 minute drive with cute shops and delicious food. It was the perfect getaway weekend and we will definitely be back!

Very nice place. The unit has everything you need. Is close to the city. Robert was very helpful. We don’t used the facilities and did not go to the activities for being short time but they have a lot. Great place.

10 minutes from everything to do. Great restaurants in the area. Quiet peaceful place. Hot tub and pool amenities were excellent.

We’d totally stay here again! Spacious, clean, nice location. It’s a 3 level condo with the entrance, kitchen, and master bedroom being on the ground floor - which made bringing everything in very easy. We found it to be relatively baby proof. We had our toddler with us so we brought a baby gate to block off the stairs, and from there the whole first level was perfect for him to roam around. The back patio is fenced in, which was great for us too. The pool is awesome. There’s an 18+ side and a family friend side. The little poolside restaurant was closed while we were there, but you’re allow to bring your own snacks and alcohol (as long as there was no glass.) The front desk staff was super helpful and easy to work with. And we found lots of great restaurants within a 15 min drive.

This condo was everything it said and more! LOTS AND LOTS of space for our family. Lots of privacy and security. Loved the gated entry to the resort. We also really loved the amenities, especially the outdoor, resort style pools and mini golf. And REALLY thankful for a washer and dryer! My one downside (that doesn’t really affect my review, just more of an FYI for future guests) is that there was only one hot pad and one dish towel in the kitchen. Made it kind of hard to take something out of the oven. So, bring your own so you’re prepared.

The condo we stayed at was in one word spacious. Bedrooms were large and beds were big. Bathrooms were updated as was kitchen. We did not get to use any of the amenities due to time of year and tight nature of stay. Worth the money to stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s close to great restaurants and attractions. One morning I took the kids to the indoor pool which was beautifully cared for. Locker rooms were very clean and include a sauna! When we checked in we did skip the concierge service desk as we didn’t have the time/desire for a timeshare appointment. Overall we’d stay again!
