Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

"Aftægtshuset" is a home of 80 m2, of which 50 m2 is used by AirB&b guests. 2 beds with the possibility of additional bedding. Bathroom and kitchenette with refrigerator. Note that there is no stove. Vandet, butik og spisesteder kan nåes på cykel eller gåben. Meget tæt på smukke vandreruter i nationalparken. Nyd ro, den omkringliggende natur og haven. Mulighed for parkering lige foran og boards eller lignende kan stilles trygt og sikkert. I hovedhuset bor vi en lille familie på 3 samt vores kat. NB, ingen husdyr eller rygning tilladt!

Der er desuden kaffemaskine, mikroovn, elkedel og brødrister. Der er service til 4 personer. Fri wifi samt 3 fjernsyn med 30 kanaler. Havemøbler samt lille grill med kul i baghaven, hvor annekset ligger, må benyttes.

Hyggelig , funktionel og hjemlig seperat bolig midt i et stille villakvarter tæt på byen.. boligen er stor og lys og ligger tilbagetrukket fra vejen..her er både plads til voksne, børn og hund.. der er have og terrasse. Der er et lille trin ind i boligen både fra haven og parkering. Især om sommeren kan forekomme let støj fra andre haver og ligeledes kan der forekomme musik fra byen ved udendørs koncerter ..

Great location right by the Fjord and 5 min. from the airport, 5 min. to city center and 30. min to the great beach at our West coast by car. Supermarket right across the street. If you want to walk to the city, it is a 20 min. beautiful walk by the fjord and across a bridge.
