Beachfront holiday rental in Janjina

We enjoyed the stay with the family, and we regretted not having booked more days, because it was cozy in the apartment, and lots of experiences within driving distance. The apartment's terrace had a magnificent view of the sea, so we enjoyed our meals. On the second day, when we got home in the evening, our dog escaped out the door without us having seen it - it had discovered a cat and ran after it, even though the cat disappeared up an outside staircase and onto the roof, suddenly our dog had landed on the roof without being able to get down again. The hostess helped to lead, and fortunately she discovered where it was, so I could get up and save it down :-) We'll be happy to come back another time.

Highly recommend this place! :)! We were treated so warmly throughout our stay, it truly felt like home. You can tell that the family enjoys hosting and wants to make sure their guests have a great experience. Additionally, everything was super clean and cozy. The beach, restaurants and supermarket are only a few walking minutes away. We really had a great time here.

The apartment is better than the pictures show. it is very roomy and comfortable, with a nice terrace and a gorgeuos view of the lake. Perfect for coffee at sunrise. The place exceeded our expectations and I could list many things, but the greatest was being hosted by Erika and Luke. They provided so many details to make is feel welcomed and attended to. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The other reviews are totally accurate. Marinas place was magical. It was the best trip we’ve ever been on and it was the first with our 18 mo daughter. Marina gave us her milk for our baby! Marina was extremely friendly, funny, and had perfect communication. She did our laundry for us too!! (She even removed a tough stain from our baby’s shirt!!). We could not have asked for a better vacation or a better host.

Dubrovnik is beautiful and so is Luko’s place. The view from the balcony is the highlight. The house is spacious and clean. I especially like the decor it has personal touches, from the wall paintings to the vintage cameras. There is a cafe & supermarket nearby. Although it’s quite a walk to and from the old town but we didn’t mind as we enjoyed our morning and afternoon walks looking at houses & the neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Everything was really above expectations! So nice hosts and a wonderful place to spend the holiday. The house was nice and cozy, perfect pool area and outdoor kitchen with seating for the whole family. We'd love to come again!

Our stay at Nikolas Airbnb was great. We had the best view and a wonderful time at the lake. The apartment was clean and the garden very beautiful. We could even rent out SUPs from Nikola and explore the lake on water. Nikola and his family are very friendly and gifted us lots of selfmade treats. We had an amazing time!

A dreamy cottage right on the water. The jetty where you can lie is very private and you can lie there for several hours and watch boats. The terrace is beautiful and it was fun to barbecue there and have breakfast every morning. The hosts greeted us with a welcome drink and otherwise we had our privacy. Dubrovnik is easy to reach by car or Uber in 10 minutes. The only point for improvement would be new mattresses (you could feel the springs). We also found it very pleasant that there were 3 bathrooms and we got towels for the loungers. All in all, a really great stay👍

This is a beautiful villa for a stay in Vela Luka! The home is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the view is breathtaking! Aldo and Aleksandra are very friendly, helpful, and kind. Having three private en suite bedrooms was wonderful and we appreciated being able to each regulate the temperature in our rooms. We also loved having the ability to do laundry. For older travelers or those with difficulty walking, I recommend walking sticks for going up and down the driveway as it is quite steep. My mom was able to manage it with her hiking sticks. Again, gorgeous house, gorgeous location, gorgeous view!

Ivan is an extraordinary host with an amazing property. It didn't matter what we asked for or needed help with, Ivan went above and beyond to serve our needs. His home is an impeccable oasis, right on the Adriatic. We rearranged our itinerary, to stay here and are so glad we did. If you're even considering coming to the area, you need to stay here!

A beautiful apartment in a peaceful location. Everything is spotless and well maintained. Nick is so friendly and helpful including a lift to the supermarket on arrival. A good sized clean pool with comfortable sun loungers set in landscaped gardens which are loving tended. All the beds and chairs are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views are stunning - breakfast on the balcony watching dolphins out at sea. A top class apartment that we hope to revisit - thank you Nick and family for making us feel so welcome in your home.

We had a fantastic week staying in the Penthouse! The views are incredible. The apartment was beautiful and is immaculately clean. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Toni was a fantastic host, very welcoming and even let us check in early. He was very responsive if you had any queries. Thanks Toni for a great week!

I cannot praise the host Tatjana and the Villa White Lady enough. Tatjana was very helpful and always responsive to our questions. The villa was stunning, set in a beautiful location. It is 15 mins from the old town, and close to some excellent restaurants and beautiful views. The villa was spotless, and exactly like the photos. The bedrooms are all a great size. Kitchen well equipped. The swimming pool was so welcome in the heat. We have had a great holiday and will certainly be back to beautiful Croatia.

We were a group of 9 people. The location is fantastic. Very quiet and you can go directly from the villa to the sea. The house was very clean and looked as pictured. The kitchen in the house and also the outdoor kitchen were well equipped and had everything you need. We thought the grill and the pizza oven were great. The house is a bit out of the way. There are no restaurants nearby. However, there are plenty of shopping opportunities and they are easily accessible by car. The house is perfect for relaxing vacations.

Amazing, spacious accommodation with a lovely terrace overlooking the beach and close to all the local amenities. Super restaurants within walking distance and good recommendations from the host who were friendly and responsive. We had a fantastic time. Thank you!

We stayed for 4 nights with our family, children age 4 & 2. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and explore Dubrovnik. The apartment is perfectly located just steps from the old town / city walls, for a short trip this was ideal. Everything is on your doorstep, you can walk everywhere. The house is beautiful and Ivona has done a wonderful job of designing it. It was so well equipped with everything you needed. Michael welcomed us and even arranged our transfer from the airport. They had left us a selection of snacks including bread, milk, jams, coffee pods, wine, beer which was great. The swimming pool area is a bonus and we enjoyed an afternoon swimming and enjoying the views. The whole complex is spotless and so well maintained. I was a little apprehensive as of whether the children would enjoy Dubrovnik, however they loved it and I would recommend. We hope to return one day and if you are considering booking, book early, you will not disappointed. Thank you!

We loved the place! It was spotless and everything was in really good condition. Close to the beach, supermarket and winery. The kitchen was really well equipped and we were welcomed with a platter of meats and cheese and the fridge stocked with water milk etc, which made us feel at home right away. Would highly recommend, and it was great value. We would definitely stay again☺️

What a beautiful place in a beautiful setting. We were hoping to be in a location that was away from the hustle and bustle, but still conveniently located to shops and restaurants. This place was just that! The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy meals on the terrace overlooking the water. It is walking distance to a market and the best restaurants in Lombarda. Our family of four (two adult children) had plenty of space to spread out. Marthe was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing spot for a quick getaway. Close to the local activities in Dubrovnik, and had in home amenities for evening downtime. Hot tub was perfect for sunset viewing. Host was amazing and gave many recommendations prior to arrival. Would stay here again!

Lovely relaxing place to stay for a few days - we didn’t want to leave!

Bojana was a perfect host, very friendly and the added touches of fruit, fig cake and orange sweets were wonderful and much appreciated. The apartment was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean with everything we could possibly need for our stay. Great location, peaceful and scenic with only a short walk to beaches and the town by the harbour. We loved Jelsa and will certainly return to this very place again. It was a wonderful apartment and Bojana was fantastic. Thank you.

Antonia was an amazing host and did a great job checking us in and out of the property. It was very clean and showed like the photos. I would actually say the photos don't do the flat justice as the view is incredible. Very walkable into town and then a bit of a hike up stairs but uber up to the apartment is very easy. The kitchen and fridge were fully stocked with everything you need to have a great time. Would highly recommend this flat and look forward to visiting again!

Blace is a hidden gem of Croatia. Lovely place, very relaxing. Apartment is clean, modern and very spacious. Terrace is just lovely with a great sea view. Host of the apartment is very helpful and friendly. We’d love to come here again. Kind regards, Alex and Anastasiia

Miho’s place is fabulous! Just as everyone said, it is like staying in a 5 star hotel and the view is breathtaking! Also, Miho was so helpful and he treated us to an incredible assortment of beverages…so generous!! It is truly worth the money you pay, you will not be disappointed! Thank you Miho!!
