A new, bright house (140 m2) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a plot of 2500 m2, with picturesque views of hills and forests. The dwelling is located in the village of Ruś, 7km from Olsztyn, on a hill, next to several houses. Spacious living room, kitchen, fireplace, sauna, large, bright terrace, BBQ grill, large garden, swings, hammocks, table tennis table. There are four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people (3+3+3+2). Two bathrooms (each with toilet and shower) and an extra toilet.

The facility to which we invite you is a new, modern, 2-bedroom with a living room and a kitchen ,fully equipped, comfortable house, located on an independent, large , beautifully organized plot . It is an unusual, charming place, surrounded on all sides by greenery. The plot is 800 m far from the shore of a very clean (1 clean class) lake Łęsk - 180 m. walking further along the lakefront (5 minutes) we will see a communal bathing area with a large bridge. The view from the cottage is directly into the forest.

The large garden gives you space to work out and play. The cottage is surrounded by forests with mushrooms and berries. Tens of meters from the property is the old wharf of Narwia where you can cast a fishing line. There is also a children's play area with a slide and sandbox.

Our Dream Cottage is an old wooden house, which was generally and meticulously renovated in 2020. The cottage is surrounded by a large fenced plot, which is partially landscaped. The plot has a separate fireplace along with a barbecue. The living room is connected to a spacious terrace with garden furniture. This is an ideal place for meals and evening feasts.
