The apartment is beautiful, very well organized, cozy and comfortable. A special highlight goes to the bed – what a nice surprise! Large, soft and really comfortable. It's rare to find a bed on Airbnb as good as the one we have at home, and you nailed it on that point. It was an excellent stay, it was very worth it, and I would definitely come back other times. Thank you for providing such a pleasant experience.

Quiet and peaceful location. Spacious garage and apartment. It was what we needed for that weekend. It's just a shame that the cleaning lady forgot to clean the bathrooms, they were dirty.

We rented to 5 people, but we found that there were not enough kitchen dishes (dishes and glasses), we contacted Denise, who promptly arranged for what was missing. Super recommend. Super clean and well organized place.

Luiz was always very kind and helpful, the apartment is well located and similar to the photos, except for the lack of the photo refrigerator. For short stays for a short time is perfect, but larger stays in the fridge and a more equipped kitchen may be missed. Otherwise perfect, ample space, with daylight, views of the mountain, and everything I need nearby (bakery, market, restaurants, gym...).

Our stay at Daniella and Marcos's apartment was simply wonderful! The apartment is gorgeous, super comfortable and decorated with charming good taste — every detail conveys warmth and care. The location couldn't be better either: close to everything, which made our city experience a lot easier. Daniella and Marcos were amazing hosts from the start, always kind, attentive and ready to help us with valuable tips about the region, including must-see places to visit. We feel very welcome and grateful for all the help they have given us throughout the stay. We would definitely go back and recommend with our eyes closed!

Since the reservation, Saionara proved very solicitous, in the days before our arrival always ready to answer our questions, when we arrived we had a lovely reception with a treat left by her. The house spotlessly clean and nice. It is notorious that everything was prepared in the minimum details to receive us. Surely we will soon be back in your home.

The view is simply breathtaking, especially in the late afternoon, when the mist descends from the mountains and covers everything around, creating the magical feeling of being in the clouds. The chalet is carefully prepared to offer the comfort and hospitality worthy of a high-end hotel. He was a huge help, especially with my mother, who arrived first after a trip of more than 20 hours and is not very familiar with technology. Cleiton assisted her in everything, ensuring that she settled in comfortably. In addition, he was concerned with making sure that she could easily have dinner, which shows admirable care and attention. The stay itself was very comfortable and the location, excellent! The space is cozy and well-equipped, providing all the necessary comfort after a long day. The ease of access to Joinville's points of interest also made the trip much more enjoyable. I've known the place since it was a hotel. Despite the years, the apartment in question is well maintained. It is extremely well located and a very pleasant space. The only exception is the stairwell environment of the building, as my wife does not use the elevator. They need attention and cleaning.

The property is exactly as described. In fact, it's better than the description. Certainly one of the best I've ever stayed in these years on Airbnb. I will return for sure.

Comfortable and well located property, outdoor environment with very nice Jacuzzi to make a get-together, I told Beatriz about heating the Jacuzzi water, she very attentive said she will arrange, then it will be perfect.
