Very very nice design apartment with everything you need, ideal for couples. Quiet area, not very close to main city center attractions (but taxi will get you there easily), but closer to Sidi Bou Said, Carthage, Marsa. Supermarkets and money exchange are close, you can get there by foot. Definitely recommended, especially for travellers that intend to rent cars.

Mohamed is a attentive host, he has detailed everything for us and the handling of the smart home was easy . The location was great for us and everything we needed was nearby. We recommend the apartment and the host.

Meriem was such a wonderful host, her place is really cosy and comfortable and she was responsive and helpful when I had trouble locating the apartment and checking in. I felt right at home and really enjoyed my stay. Aside from being slightly tricky to find and locate, the apartment looks even nicer than the photos, and I wish I had more time to read the beautifully curated books in every corner! Definitely adding them to my list of books to read.

Quiet neighborhood, clean apartment and large balcony without opposite neighbors. Amira is available and communicates well. Overall we had a nice stay.

The apartment matching the pictures exactly. Clean, easy to reach, very safe, quiet, good location, walkable, nearby by many cafes, veg/fruits shops, and markets. You can reach Tunisia Mall and Lake 2 by walking distance. I would like to highlight about the super comfy bed and outstanding bathtub 🛀🏽 You can always order taxis using Bolt app and Kool app for food delivery. Skander was very responsive, Thank you!

I totally reconmend staying in this beautiful apartment and will be back myself by the end of the summer. The apartment has a beautiful balcony and everything you need for your stay. The location is perfect - Aouina is a neighborhood where everything is close by and it is very lively. At the same time, both, La Marsa (the sea) and the city center are easy to reach by taxi. Mohamed is an amazing host who is very friendly and replies quickly to every question and request. Thank you for making this stay so enjoyable!

I had a fantastic stay in this apartment. The location is incredibly convenient—right next to all the key spots in Tunis, a large mall for essentials, and a secure residence that felt safe at all hours. Inside, the flat is modern, tastefully furnished, and spotless; it was also remarkably quiet. The basement parking space (easily reached by elevator) is right by the entrance and large enough for any car, which made coming and going hassle-free. The view from the living room is stunning, especially after dark. Check-in and checkout were seamless, and the host’s communication was great throughout. I’m already planning to return next month—highly recommended!
