Nous vous proposons un gîte indépendant de près de 90m2 de plein pied grand confort avec un jacuzzi et une vue magnifique sur la vallée du Champsaur. Le gîte comprend 2 chambres de 15m², un grand séjour cuisine tout équipé et une veranda. Vous profiterez également d'un extérieur agréable et plein sud avec une terrasse ombragée, un espace vert, des jeux pour enfants et des places de parking.

The villa is 2.5 km from the city center of Gap and in located in a calm and picturesque environment. It is located not far from the hiking areas of Charance and Ceuze.

Notre petite maison est d'une fraîcheur incomparable, une vraie clime naturelle l'été, et très cocoon l'hiver avec sa cheminée électrique , 1 cuisine équipée, 1 chambre avec 1 lit double et 1 lit simple, 1 salon avec 1 canapé convertible 2 places fraichement changé car l'ancien etant trop petit pour vous acceuillir au mieux , 1 salle de bains, terrasse privée avec vue sur les montagnes , buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment is a fully renovated 2-room that I am renting again this year because we are living in our house. It is located in a very quiet residence. Redone with taste, I hope it will make you have a great stay in the Hautes Alpes region. You will have salt, coffee, oil, sheets, towels, sugar and everything you need for your stay. It has a small terrace overlooking a small lake and Ceuze Mountain.
